9:Fairy lights , firsts and work

Third person's POV
Both of them were now done with their pastries and were lying on the bed , surrounded by blankets
"I have to get back to Mumbai tomorrow night " Y/n said and looked at Shubhman
" Me too I need to go and continue the practice " Shubhman said
" Can I ask for a good morning TXT?"Y/n asked him getting more comfortable in his embrace
"I might call you too i mean raat me I'm assuming both of us will be free so"he said
" I don't wanna go back to be honest"Y/n said
" Baby but we need to right you have to become a doctor and I have to practice hard"he said
" Just a second I need to change"Y/n said getting up
" Do you want help? Shubhman asked revealing his smile
"Nope " Y/n said entering the restroom
She came back out and replied
"Sure I forgot that we are dating" Y/n said and Shubhman just chuckled
Y/n took out a pair of pajamas and a t-shirt
And went to change
Shubhman was just looking at her
She turned around to look at him and he just walked towards her and hugged her

That night they talked about a lot of things and spent hours together
They ended up sleeping and cuddled
The next morning , Shubhman woke up and due to his motion Y/n woke up too
She smiled at him and got up soon
The both of them brushed together and took a few pictures
Shubhman himself took a lot for her pictures when she wasn't looking
Later she packed her bags as the only function left to attend was the reception and she was leaving for Mumbai and will travel later for the reception
She took her bags and bid goodbyes to everyone
Shubhman pecked her lips before leaving
She hugged Shreyash and Abhishek and Everyone else and left alone
She took Rucha's car as she didn't own one
In about 3 hours she reached Mumbai
And she pulled over in the parking lot
She entered her apartment and changed in a pair of jeans and shirt and took her white coat and left for college
She reached college in about fifteen minutes
She entered her college and greeted everyone
She went inside the classroom and stood beside one of the students as there was going to be a discussion related to assisting the cricket team
"Okay all should be ready for any sort do emergency and give their best and please remember that you will be assisting one of the doctors and now I will be reading out the pairs"
With that she started reading and soon my name came
"Y/n is paired with Dr.Mohak" She said and I looked at Dr.Mohak
Who gave me a short smile
We were asked to disperse and spent the rest of the day with the doctors
I approached Dr.Mohak and talked to him about next week
We had this thing on Tuesday and
Today it was Sunday
I checked the time and it was 4 right now
I was at the college gate ,when Dr.Mohak approached me
"Y/n , Actually I needed to discuss some things with you related to injuries and cure and how to provide relief so if you are free can we talk ?"he asked me
" Dr , actually I'm a bit busy like I need to go to attend a function at 7 and there is a three hour drive to reach there so I'm afraid I'd have to ask you to reschedule this meeting*I said trying my best to sound polite and respectful
He just smiled and replied
"Alright then we can meet tomorrow morning does that sound good?"he asked me
" Yes Dr. Thank you very much"I said and left the college
I rushed home and immediately changed to wear something nice for reception

After wearing the dress
I did my makeup and tied my hair up
I took my purse and carkeys
And left the house
After a 3hour long drive I reached the destination
I parked the car and immediately entered the Bunglow
I saw the decorations done on the patio and In the lawn
I opened my curly hair and took them to one side making a side partition
My earings clanked as I walked towards the lawn
I approached Rucha and hugged her giving her the carkeys
The both of us entered the Bunglow and saw the guys assembled in the living room
Venkatesh noticed me and gave me a side hug
Even Virat sir hugged me
"Where is Shubhman?" I asked them
And they told me that he was getting ready
I quickly rushed towards his room and saw that he wasn't there
So I decided to hide behind the curtains
He came out of the restroom in just his pyjama and wore his kurta afterwards
I slowly came out and he noticed my presence when he looked in the mirror
He smiled brightly and hugged me tightly
Not wanting to release me
"You have no idea how much I missed you*
He said kissing my cheeks
"Well I would say the same " I said hugging his waist
We looked deeply at each other ,our moment was interrupted when Shreyash entered the room
"Everytime I caught you guys like this ,you really need to start locking the door Shubh"he said
I went towards him and gave him a tight hug
"Chalo neeche , function is about to start" he said amd we followed him
I checked myself for the last time in the mirror
As soon as we reached there I hugged the groom and the bride
And the function went smoothly
All of us were having ice cream and were casually walking towards the house
"So when are you leaving" Shreyash asked me
"In about an hour" I said continuing to eat my ice cream
"I thought you were staying?" Shubhman said looking at me
" Yeah but I have to discuss about the whole assisting thing with my partnered doctor so I need to be home "I said
" I'll come with you"he said
" No no enjoy your break waise bhi from next week onwards you all are gonna be busy"I said
He frowned
" I can enjoy with you"he said and I smiled
" Alright then"I said and he smiled,
At midnight we left for Mumbai
This time in his car
I was talking with one of my college friends
I kept the phone aside and looked at him
He looked at me back smiling
"Kya hua ?he asked me
" Kuch nhi just looking at you "I said
We reached my house in about a few hours
I opened the door and we both entered
Shubhman's POV
We entered her house and  her perfume filled my nostrils
I kept my bag in the corner and she did the same .
"Bathroom is on the right so you can go and freshen up" she said suddenly making me look at her
She looked at me and walked towards me
I held her close to me and she smiled
"It's gonna be super busy from tomorrow onwards" She said looking down
"Why don't we make it count then?"I said leaning in for a kiss
The kiss was so soft it almost felt as if it weren't happening
I looked at her she had closed her eyes and was not nervous
I smiled in between the kiss and we spent the night in her bed cuddling

The next week
~
Y/n got up and changed into her jeans and black t-shirt
She tied her hair in a ponytail and took her bag filled with necessary supplies
She didn't do any makeup apart from lipstick which she doesn't even put for college but she wasn't gonna be in college now
She made sure that she took everything and left the house to go to college
She saw the busses infront of the college gate
She quickly sat in the bus assigned to her and took a seat
She texted Shubhman that she can't wait to see him.
When she didn't get a reply back she assumed he must be busy
The match was gonna be at 7:30pm
And it was 12pm right now
It was extremely hot in Mumbai
After everyone had arrived the bus took off
She felt her seat fall amd she looked to her side only to find her partnered doctor
He looked at her and smiled
"Hello Dr.Mohak" She said keeping her bag on her lap to make seat for him
She looked around the bus there were plenty of seats why was he sitting with her all of a sudden
Maybe Rucha was right about my seniors trying to hit on me
Oh come on Y/n he is just sitting next to you not flirting with you plus it would not matter now
She thought and the bus started leaving the college premises
She was excited to work along with her new cricketer friends and she couldn't wait
