WHAT A SHOT!!

3.. What happened last night?

I woke up when the sunrays hit my face , I tried to remember what happened last night , I remember we were drinking, talking but I couldn't remember what happened after that .
   I opened my eyes and felt the headache I looked beside and saw Shubhman sleeping ,
What happened yesterday? I thought
I immediately got up and saw that I was dressed in a shirt which was not mine
I looked over at him and saw he wasn't wearing a t-shirt
I slowly got up and saw my bangles and jhumke on the table beside my makeup was smudged
Did we kiss? I thought
I left the room only to find Deepak and Shreyash drinking coffee
"Want some?" Deepak asked me when he noticed my presence
"Yeah I would kill to have some right now" I said sitting beside them
I took a sip of my coffee and Shubhman entered the room
I looked at him
He sat across me and poured coffee for himself
He was in a t-shirt now
"Where is my phone?" I asked Deepak
"It's in my room don't worry their were no missed calls or anything"Shubhman said
I took another sip of my coffee
" Do you remember what happened last night?" Shubhman asked me
I looked at him and answered
" No I don't why did something happen?" I asked him
He scratched the back of his neck.
". Maybe"he answered
" Iska matlab?" I asked
"Aap dono hi batao" Shubhman said to Deepak and Shreyash.
"Awaaze toh suni thi maine" Shreyash said
"I don't believe you" I said
" Believe me or not ,,sach nhi badlega"he said
I was so flustered  . I couldn't believe that I had done it with him
I didn't know whether I should be happy or worried
I finished my coffee and got up
"Can I take my stuff from your room?" I asked Shubhman
" Haa sure waise bhi tum abh kabhi bhi aaskti ho abh"he said
I immediately left the room running
I took my phone and was happy to see that there were no missed calls
I started looking for my clothes but I couldn't find it anywhere so I decided to ask him
"Mere kapde kaha hai" I asked Shubhman
He looked at me and answered
" Maine kal hi wash ke liye dal diye , " he said
"Kyun?" I asked him
"Because gile (wet) ho gayae the" he said
" Kaise ? "I asked  him
" Shower liya tha isle "he answered
" Toh abhi me kya pehen ke jau? I asked him
"Isime jao acha lag raha hai " he answered
"Theeke " I answered and entered his room
I looked at what I was wearing it was a simple black t-shirt which came to my knees
I washed my face and brushed my teeth with the brush that was still packed
I came out of the room and wore my jhumkas as they matched with the shirt
I wore my bangles and tightened the tshirt with the help of safety pins that I found on the dressing table
I put my hair in a ponytail and pulled some from the front
I took my cell and got out of the  room .
They all looked at me
This time Sam was there too
"Good morning Sam"
"How are you so cheery today don't you have headache? "He asked me
" Now that you mention it I do have a headache"I said
I looked at Shubhman
" I will return you the tshirt sham ko , byee guys " I said
"Byeee " they all said
I was stopped by Sam's voice
" Why don't you join us for dinner this evening?" He asked me
I hesitated at first but agreed later on

It was 5 in the evening now amd I was still in the same clothes
I decided to wear a nice outfit for dinner
I wore my black jeans and a one side off shoulder black crop top
I asked Rucha to drop off my bag I wanted her to come with me bit she had plans with her boyfriend so  she refused
I applied my eyeliner and lipstick
I applied nice perfume and straightened my hair and kept it open
I didn't know at what time i had  to go so I decided to wait till 6:30 before leaving for their house
I got a call from an unknown number
I decided to pick it up
"Hello " I said
"Hey it's Sam I forgot to tell you the timing__"he said
" How did you get my number"I asked him
" I have my ways doll "he said
" Anyways we will pick you up at 6 45 so don't bother coming here"
" Okay byee "I said
" Byee doll don't forget to save the no." He said and ended the call
I waited till it was 6 40 I left the house and waited for them to come
  Suddenly abike stopped infront of me  and it was Shubhman
"Hey ,you might want to tie your hair" he said and I tied them in a  bun
I sat behind him and kept my hand on his shoulder for support
"Hold on tight " he said and raced
We kept moving and the wind hit my helmeted face
I hugged him from the behind for support
I was just looking at the trees as we passed by them one by one
After a ride of twenty minutes we reached a nice penthouse
    I got of the bike and took out my helmet
Shubhman got off and took off his helmet too
I  opened my hair and fixed them
I looked at the bike s mirror and faced Shubhman who was looking at me constantly
"What ? Do I not look good?" I asked him
"You look amazing now let's go"he said keeping his hand on my shoulder
We walked in the building
And I saw so many cricketers there
We had Bumrah , Ishan Kishan, Rahul Chahar I looked further inside and saw  Virat Kohli
No no no I can't be here
"Listen please I can't be here this place is full with them take me back or wait I'll book a cab "I said taking my cell out
" Hey chill I knew you feel awkward so I  had everything planned out"he said and his hand suddenlywent towards my waist and he pulled me towards him
"Heyy Shubhman ,kaisa hai bhai" Bumrah said coming towards us
I could feel my cheeks getting red
I avoided eye contact but he  noticed my presence
"Hey you must be Y/n ,his girlfriend" he said
I looked at him trying to speak
"Ye-Yeah, it's so nice to meet you " I said and he chuckled
" Same here "he said
" Really?" I asked him
What did you do? I thought
"Huh?" He asked me
"No nothing" I said
Now it was time for dinner as Deepak and Sam arrived along with Shreyash
We were all now sitting at the table
Sam was sitting infront of me and Shubhman was beside me
While dinner I felt his hand on my thigh and he leaned in
"Are you okay?" He asked me
"Not really" I replied
" Don't worry they are all very sweet "he siad
" Okay I'm trusting you "I said
" Now you are believing me that means you also believed that we did it"he said smirking
I was so red right now
" Can you stop--this" I said
He just chuckled
And we went back to eating
Everyone was just talking and talking
Everything was fine until Virat talked to me
"So what do you do Y/n" he asked me
"I am a medical student ,first year"I said and saw his face looking proud
" You got an intelligent one Shubh'he said
" That's great ,how's that working out for you" he asked
"To be honest it's going very well
Helping people with the knowledge that I have till now feels great I mean there was a time when I used to feel helpless looking at patients but now when you know you can help I try to push my anxiety away amd try and give my best"I said comfortably
" That's really great I have to say
You know feel free to assist during the matches ofcourse if you want to and if you're free"he said
" I would love too "I said
" Looking forward to working with you" he said
"Same here" he said and after a short while we finished our dinner
And now I was on the terrace alone
On my side there was a group of a few crickters
Ishan , Rahul ,Rishabh and Harshal
I got a message from Sam asking me too come on the first floor
in room 305
I entered the room and saw Sam sitting on the couch
"Hey why did you call me?" I asked him
"Just wanted some quality time to spend together"he said
" You missed mee"I said
" Ofcourse ,"he said
I took a seat beside him and he kept adjusting in
his seat
"You know I just wanted you to know that Shubhman and you are great " he said
I saw his face dropping
" Hey there is nothing between us ",I said
" Really? So you don't mind  if I do this" he said coming towards me
He hovered over me
Our lips almost touching
Should I just kiss him I mean why not he is cute I like him
Not more than Shubhman
I want to do this
Do I really?i thought
"Hey let's not do this" I said backing him
"Im sorry " he said
"Trust me I would have done that a week before but I don't know what's happened to me ",I said
" Don't worry  we are great buddies anyways" he said
We got up and I left the room
I bumped into Shubhman
" you can't do this " I said,
"Do what?" He asked
" Stirr my feelings like this "I said
", What?"he aske dme again
" Hahahahaha look at your face it was a joke " I said trying to fake laugh
I started to walk away but he held my wrist and pushed me I'm a room
" Do you want to get your sensual rough kiss" he asked me
"What ?how do you k-on no I said everything last night"I said holding my face in my hands
" And for the record we didn't do anything" he said laughing
"I knew it " I said
" How ?"he asked me
" I mean you wouldn't do it I trust you " I said
"Well i trust you too "he said amd we smiled at each other
I still didn't like the way I felt whenever I looked at him
