Chapter 15

*Lizzie's POV*

I was shooting scenes all morning when my sisters started calling me non-stop.
The director called for a 10 minute break, so that I can see what was going on but when I opened my phone, I was shocked. There was a text from my mother that didn't make sense.

Mama

Mom
I love Y/N. She is perfect for you. See you tonight.

What the fuck is going on?!!
Before I got a chance to respond, my phone started going off again and I went into my trailer to answer. It was a group call between MK, Ash and myself.

I answered the call and my sisters immediately started screaming at me.
L: Ok, calm down. What is going on? I just got a weird ass text from mom that I don't understand.
A: What did it say?
L: "I love Y/N. She is perfect for you. See you tonight."
MK: OHH MY GOD!!! SHE DID IT!!!!
L: What do you mean by she did it? Who did what MK?
MK: Y/N. She phoned me this morning and asked me for mom's number and asked me not to tell you.
L: Not to tell me? 
MK: Yeah, at least until she was done. And evidently, she did it. 
L: I have to call her and ask her what's going on....
A: By the way... Mom just texted us saying that we are invited at Y/N's place for dinner tonight. 
L: Let me call her and find out what happened and I'll call you back.
MK: Ok, bye.

*Y/N's POV*

Scar and I were sat at the restaurant eating lunch and discussing everything that just happened when my phone started to ring.
S: It's her, isn't it?
Me: Yup. Word travels fast.
S: After what you just did.... Of course. I'm surprised she didn't know sooner.
Me: Let me answer, so that she doesn't get worried.

Me: Heyy baby!!
L: Hey love.... Ummm.... I just got a weird text from my mom that I'm hoping you can explain.
Me: Tell me. Maybe I can help.
L: She said "I love Y/N. She is perfect for you. See you tonight."
Me: Well, I am lovable, I am perfect for you and we are having dinner tonight with your family. What is it that you don't understand love? (I said smiling devilishly knowing what she meant)
L: Baby.... Please.... What happened?
Me: Ok, ok... After I saw what last night's dinner did to you, I knew that I had to do something. Also, I had a dream yesterday about our future together that I will tell you about later. So, this morning, after you left, I asked MK for your mom's number and asked her out for coffee.
L: Why didn't you ask me for the number?
Me: Would you have given me her number after what happened?
L: Good point. What happened afterwards? Are you ok?
Me: We just talked and I explained some things to her. She then promised me that she wasn't going to hire a PI and I asked her to come to dinner tonight and she said yes. I said that of course your sisters are also invited and she said that she'll tell them.
L: Did you tell her about....
Me: Yeah, I did. I explained that and what that means. After, she asked about my finances and properties and I answered. We then talked some more about other things and after that, she left. 
L: Wow..... Ok..... Ummm.... I'm sorry she asked you about private stuff baby..... She shouldn't have.....
Me: It's ok. I knew what she was going to ask before I went there. I hope tonight goes well though....
L: I hope so too. She has never texted me something like this before. I'm just.... Surprised I guess....
Me: We just have to figure out 1 thing....
L: What is that love?
Me: What to cook for dinner? I don't know how to cook anything and I don't want you to cook either. You've had a rough couple of days and I don't want to put that on you baby....
L: That's ok love. I'm almost finished here on set. I need around 30 minutes. I can go home and prepare everything for tonight.
Me: Are you sure? I can just order in or something.....
L: Don't be silly love. Of course I will. What time should they come over?
Me: I finish at 6. So, how about 7? 7:30?
L: 7:30 it is. Let me call my sisters. They're just blowing up my phone. See you at home love.
Me: See you...
