Ayanokōji POV

"Ayanokōji, you failed miserably. Class C figured out your entire plan and we failed the special test" Chabashira expressed her anger

She acts like a selfish student. I heard that teachers get a special reward after graduating from Class A. From her current reaction and her earlier blackmail action, I can safely conclude that she fights her past as a teacher

I don't know anything about it. I'm not even slightly interested to be honest

"The other class had smarter students and countered my move. It's your own fault of overestimating me or should I say clinking to a false hope like a complete idiot" I lied but gave her a reality check

"Wh-What?"

"Is exactly as you heard, sensei. I was going to play this little game of yours but I'm not that interested anymore into your foolish desires"

"I will expel you, Ayanokōji!!!" She shouted angrily

Such a desperate cry but it's futile

"Forcing an expulsion on me is the most half-witted move from your part. Let's say that you succeed, you're gonna lose 100 points and a possible great asset inside your flawed Class" I continued

She has an empty and silent look on her face

I shall give her a little hint

"I'm not going to brag but my plan inside the special exam was perfect. Normally, people would come to a real conclusion that Ryūen predicted it but something is missing. The main reason for it's failure is you" I blamed her

"You... You have a lot of nerve to blame me for your own failure!!!" She shouted again

I sighed

"A certain someone after the first month insulted us by using the word 'Trash', am I right?" I reminded her

"Don't blame me for that. That's how the school views you"

"With that action you pissed off a random classmate of mine and they got their revenge on you by using this special exam" I revealed to her the true reason of our defeat

She widened her eyes

"A-Are you implying that someone betrayed us?" She asked nervously

"That person betrayed our class, that means their desire to reach Class A is close to zero. It was clearly a move to attack someone specific and it's you" I explained calmly

"I-I don't understand"

"You unwittingly triggered their narcissism and now you're paying the coincidences"

She tried to say something but I cut her off

"It's not Kōenji , I know that my earlier analysis is close to Kōenji's profile but it's not him"

She's speechless and lost

It's time for the next phase

"I'm willing to cooperate"

To the bare minimum of course

"Eh?" She reacted surprised

"Someone noticed my background moves and countered my entire plan. Like I said, I'm willing to cooperate with you until we reveal their true identity"
