Two Worlds Collide

Part 15

I sat in the hot tub for a couple more hours just thinking about what my plan was. I couldn't really figure out what I wanted to do so I decided to get out because at this point I looked like a prune and went up to my room to change. I walked past Colby's room and I could hear his TV so I knew that he was still up. I walked back into my room and changed and decided to go back to Colby's room and maybe talk to him. I want to feel wanted for once and heard and I feel like Colby actually listens to what I have to say, I also need to talk to him about what I am going to do and how I am going to pull my weight around here and connect with my brother again because I miss him a lot. I got to Colby's door and knocked he told me to come in. He was laying in his bed shirtless of course and damn. "Uh hey, I was wondering if I could talk to you and hang out for a little bit" "Of course, come here." He smiled and patted the bed, I walked over to the bed and laid down next to him. I was just looking at him while he was watching TV we didn't have to say anything I just knew it was right to be here with him. "What are you looking at?" He looked at me and it caught me off guard. "Oh umm, nothing I just uh." I didn't know what to say. "You are adorable you know that?" I started blushing. Every time I am with him it seems like I have none him forever and I have never been this comfortable with someone in my life. He put his arm around me and moved me closer to me. "This is what I have wanted since the first day I met you. Just laying in bed watching TV and cuddling" He smiled at me, and saying that to me gave me butterflies I just looked at him and smiled. I felt at home with him. This was the first time that a guy hadn't tried to get in my pants when I was in bed with him or tried to make some sort of move on me. It was amazing. Colby was different than the rest and maybe one day I would be able to call him mine but for now, I am just happy that I am here with him and that I am safe in his arms where the world can't touch me. Even if he ends up being my best friend I am happy he is in my life, we talked all night till I don't even know when, and eventually we fell asleep.
