Jimmy's POV

This is going to be a test for us, but it will be good for us. Alex is basically going to be our son until he goes off to college or he and Steve make up, which won't happen. The past two months have been unbelieveable and there is no way in hell I was gunna let her brother live on the street. Yea I may not be family but I am with his sister and I won't let him, a seventeen year old high school student live on his own. Hearing the door open I flip the chicken and steaks over again.

"Hey man." Alex opens the sliding door and walks outside. Seeing something in his hand, I know what it is right away. Its what every guys needs after a tough day, even if he didn't punch someone.

"Put it back. You're not twenty-one and Emily hates it when you drink in front of her." He sits down and twirls the bottle around in his hand.

"Why?" I look at him with death in my eyes. "I meant, why doesn't she like people to drink in front of her anymore?"

"Something happened where a friend hurt her not only physically but emotionally too." That is the only way I could put it without giving too much away. But it works, he handed me the beer and I walk inside. "Alex take the food off the grill please!" Screaming at him because I left the door open. Walking towards the bedroom Emily on the phone but in the closet.

"Alana shut up." I can't understand what Alana is saying back to her but I can hear what she is saying. "Yea I'll eat dinner and then I will go out with you and Lia for a little while." She stops talking again but this time she starts laughing. "Shut up. I do not. I'll talk to you later."

Hearing her hang up, I walk to the closet but stop. She's standing right there as naked as can be. I am completely invading her privacy but I can't look away from her backside. Finally giving in I turn around and knock on the door, "Baby, food's almost ready."

"Ok, I'll be out in a minute. And I am going out with the girls tonight." Hearing a drawer close and something slide on, I want to turn around so bad. "You can turn if you want." Shouldn't of done that. She was in matching lace bra and underwear. Now how am I suppose to sit at a table with her and her brother for the next hour, I have no clue.

"The Gala is coming and I need to know what color tie I need." Trying to change the subject but all I can do is stare at her.

"I'll just get it for you." Pulling out her dress for the night, I know she will have fun. "Have bonding time with Alex. Call the guys over."

"I like this dress." She starts laughing. "Let's go eat so you can get home faster." I kissing her real quick.

Emily POV

"I swear it is like y'all are married. Married couples don't even act like that." Alana is beyond drunk. Alana is my best friend and has been for life. We have the type relationship that you look at us and you don't even know how we are best friends. I am the crazy wild child and she is the sweet innocent darling.

"Yep beyond drunk. Lets get you home." I grab her hand and start to pull her out of the bar.

"Wait! Where's Lia? We can't leave her here all by herself. She could get hurt, or even worst LOST." Her face falls and she looks terrified.

"I put her in a cab an hour ago. I am bringing you home." Getting her outside, I know I can't drive even if I tried. Even though I am not as bad as Lia, I'm going to attempt to drive because I have had a lot to drink tonight. Pulling out my phone I call my brother first because Jimmy has practice early and would already be asleep.

But when Alex didn't answer, I call him anyway. "Hello?" He answers and you can tell that I just woke him up.

"Hey I am sorry for waking you up but I don't want to drive because I have been drinking, Lia went home already, and Alana is shit faced. I can't drive. Can you come pick us up please? I'm sorry I didn't want to call you because you have to get up early." I hear rustling around through the phone.

"I'll be there in like five minutes." Hanging up Alana and I curl up on the sidewalk and waited for Jimmy to come. Slowly closing my eyes I started to drift off on Alana's shoulder.

"Baby, how much did you drink?" Jimmy's voice startles me awake.

"I don't know. I didn't want to. I just wanted to have fun. I'm sorry I had to call you. I tried to call Alex but he didn't answer." Seeing his face his face I can tell he's worried. Picking me up, he carries me to the front seat of his truck. Even though he looks worried you can tell he's mad. "What's wrong? why do you look mad?"

"We'll talk tomorrow." That's all I manage to get out of him before he shuts his mouth into a thin line and keeps his eyes on the road.
