"But it made you stronger." I was a child. I didn't need to be stronger. I needed to be safe.
"Tati?" Amadrya asked in surprise as her niece appeared in Scotland.
"They're gone Auntie" her little three year old voice whispered with tears in her eyes.
"What?" Amadrya whispered, before noticing the cuts and bruises all over Tatiana, "What happened?"
"Car" Tatiana sniffed as KD came into his mom's office.
"Show me where they are" Amadrya spoke, taping her temple.
As Tatiana placed two fingers on her aunt's temple, Amadrya could see the snow-covered mountain road. From the memory, Amadrya could hear an explosion in the distance sending an avalanche plummeting down the mountain towards the loan car. Tatiana let go just as the snow struck the car and sent Rivera's car over a cliff. Riv used the last of her energy to send Tatiana to her safely before the car flipped as it struck an outcropping of boulders. Someone had intentionally waited for the family to be the only car on the road before setting off an explosion. This was not a tragic accident, that Amadrya knew for sure.

"What do you remember?" Amadrya asked, wiping a tear from Tatiana's cheek.
"We were driving to see Grandma and then there was a rumbling sound before the snow hit our car" Tatiana sniffed.
"I'm going to see if I can help your parents," Amadrya smiled kindly, realizing Tati hadn't heard the explosion, "Uncle Loki should be home in a few minutes, go hang out with your cousins until then, Princess."
"I'm hungry" Tati whispered.
"Let me give you a once over and then I'll make you kids a snack before I leave," Amadrya replied, feeling in her heart that Riv and Aro hadn't survived, "Hopefully Uncle Loki is back before I need to leave."
"Can I practice healing bruises?" Apollo asked as they reached the kitchen.
"Will it hurt?" Tati exclaimed, with wide eyes.
"No, it shouldn't," Amadrya chuckled, "Come here Apollo, we'll heal them together."
"AI? Kids?" Loki called into the house as Amadrya had started cooking.
"In the kitchen" Amadrya called.
"TK? What are you doing here, Baby Girl?" Loki asked stepping into the kitchen and seeing Tati sitting with the boys.
"Mommy and Daddy are gone" she replied with tears in her eyes.
"Oh, Baby, I am so sorry" Loki soothed as AI sent him what she saw when Tati got there.
"Can you finish cooking lunch for the kids?" Amadrya asked Loki as she got a text from Achilles, "I'll probably be gone for a few days."
"Absolutely, I'll see if your parents can come and stay with us while you're away" Loki nodded, understanding why she would be gone for awhile.
