It wasn't my plan to get back home during my own shroud burning but hey, it did make for a heroic return. I decided it would be better if I waited until all my friends knew I was ok before I introduced Calypso. Partially because I don't want to overwhelm them and partially because I wanted to keep Caly and Percy apart for as long as I could. I couldn't help being jealous, she had fallen in love with Percy first; what if she fell in love with him again? I didn't have time to think about that though, because I had a shroud burning to crash.
