It was Christmas morning perhaps in 2007. My daughter and I were sitting side by side on a wooden bench in church. My daughter was filled with joy. "It is Christmas today. That's why daddy also has come to church, right?". Although she whispered to me, she could not hide her genuine excitement and happiness. It was obvious from her eyes, face and behavior. She knew she was supposed to sit calmly. However, she stretched and bent her legs, and often looked at me and smiled. Christmas and my coming to church were such special things for her. "Yes! Exactly!" I whispered to her and held her shoulder. I was also filled with joy. I remember this scene very vividly. After the Christmas service was over, we took some family photos in front of the big Christmas tree in the church.

I am not a Christian. So it is very rare that I go to church. However, Christmas is such a happy and special time for me from my childhood. That magical, peaceful and holy atmosphere.

So many Christmas has passed since then. I wanted to have such a happy Christmas with my children many, many times more.
