"So~ chuuya. Does this mean we're friends again!?" I heard Dazai sing

"Tch, I guess."  I responded.

"Yay!~" Dazai said then giggled. I let out a small smile. 

We both got up, and walked to the bathroom. We joked around a bit, took hints of vape (please don't do this) and laughed- Almost getting caught skipping by a teacher. I hate the mackerel, but this... This is fun. "Oh, yeah! Chuuya- How does atsushi-kun know you?" Dazai asked and looked at me. "I have him for some classes, We met at the rooftop." I said, leaving out the part where I was cried. "Hmph, Why couldn't we meet at such a beautiful spot?" Dazai huffed and crossed his arms. I rolled my eyes, "Shut it you suicidal maniac!" I said.

Dazai laughed, and then we heard the bell ring. it was lunch time. "Race you!" Dazai yelled and started running. "O-oi! Thats not fair!" I said and started running after him, Laughing a bit.

I was catching up, and then I fell. "Chuuya!" Dazai yelled and started running toward me. I got up, "You okay? Seems like your short legs can't keep up." Dazai said. "W-why you!" I yelled and pulled him down with me. "Hah! Take that!" I yelled. "Chibi~ Thats not fair!" Dazai said.  I was about to say something but then I looked around and saw people looking at us. I quickly got up, embarrassed. Dazai got up as well. 

"L-lets go." I muttered under my breath and started walking toward the lunch room, as dazai started walking with me. "Whats wrong?" Dazai asked. "Nothing.." I said. "We're here, lets get lunch".

"Oi~ chuuya. Whats wrong?" I heard him ask again. "Nothing." I said, walking to the lunch line, it was pretty short so we got it fast. "Your lying." Dazai said. "I'm not," I responded walking out of the lunch line looking down. Dazai put his hand on my shoulder, "Whats wrong? We're friends. You can tell me.". I didn't say anything, "Lets go to the rooftop." I said after a moment and walked to the rooftop, dazai following me.

"Can you tell me now chibi~" Dazai sang. I groaned, sitting down. "I don't like being the center of attention." I said. "Oh? that's it." Dazai said. "Yes! Now shut up."

Dazai laughed. "Oi! I said shut up you stupid mackerel." I yelled at him.

After school, I saw that nobody was waiting for me. "Oh." I said under my breath. I started walking home slowly, until I heard a "CHUUUYAAA". I looked behind me and saw that dazai was chasing after me. He stopped, and then began breathing heavily. "Are you okay you stupid mackeral?" I asked. "Woah~ you care about me!? And- yes I am! Now, lets go home." Dazai said. "Eh?!" I responded.

"Im walking home with you! we're friends again right?" Dazai asked. I nodded slowly, "Lets go." I said before walking to the direction of my apartment. Dazai was following along looking at the sunset, It was indeed a beautiful sight.


When we arrived at my house dazai was shocked. "You live here? It's the same apartment complex as atsushi and akutagawa-kun!" He asked. I nodded. "I'm actually about to live on my own! Maybe we can be roommates~" Dazai sang. "No! your just saying that so you won't to spend that much money!" I said. I've been friends with him for awhile now, ever since grade school. I know a lot about him.  

"Aw cmon~ chibi-chan please!" Dazai said. "No! Now go away." I said. Dazai groaned, "Fine~" He said. "Bye chibi!" Dazai said. I waved goodbye, annoyed and entered my house. I closed the door, and took a deep breath. A smile formed on my face, A big smile.
