He nodded.
"You love someone but they don't love you back."
"Well, what do you do when something like that happens?" she asked.
"The only thing you can do is hope to stop loving them."
"And if you don't?"
"Than you go on with your life as you did before. And you smile when they tell about the person they love. And you wipe away their tears when you calm them in the middle of the night when they get their heart broken. And you love them anyway. And sometimes it hurts. It really does. But you love them anyway. You pretend like you don't but in the end you still love them anyway.''
