DRACO'S POV
The war took its toll; luckily for leaving the war early my family escaped Azkaban. I have never felt more trapped but then I have never felt this free. I have been stuck in the Manor with mother and father; we dare not show our faces in public for all the trouble we have caused. I like to think I've changed, that I'm not the jerk I was before. Most nights I have dreamless sleeps but there will be times where my dreams become nightmares and I will dream of Aunt Bellatrix torture Granger. That night haunts me so much, I could have stopped that pain, I could have saved her but i was a coward and a jerk.
I am back at Hogwarts, McGonagall had offered me the chance to continue with my schooling for which I am eternally grateful but what I didn't expect was to become Head Boy, I assume she only chose me for my academic record and to promote house unity. Of course Granger will be Head Girl if she goes back. Will she go back? I search the Gryffindor table but no bushy hair, nothing. Maybe she isn't back. Mother and father were proud that I am back to school, I think they still want me to marry Pansy but I don't see the point anymore, originally we were together for blood status but now that gone there's no point for me to marry that pug-faced girl.
