.....For The Mansion Takeover

Y/N: Saint! Dracula! On your left!

Here we see Y/N and his group fighting the inhabitants of the Woodland Mansion. They've taken the first floor and are now entering the second. 

Saint: We see them! 

Saint quickly disposes of the approaching enemies as her partner provides bow support to finish off the ranged ones.

Dracula: We're done here. Let's keep going.

Y/N: Aright then.

Not even 10 seconds later, spiders come out of a room to attack. The team got to work in slaying them as fast and efficiently as possible. But as they finished, more appeared from thin air. One spider immediately attacks Lucifer, who is in turn knocked over.

Y/N: Dammit, the spawner... all of you kill the rest of them, I'll stop their source.

Everyone: On it!

Y/N and the others pushed on into the room, it was filled with cobwebs. They pushed forward while using their swords to kill the spiders and break the cobwebs. Finally, they got to the spawner and Y/N broke it. After a 10-minute rest to heal and talk, they left the room and continued exploring and fighting their way through the mansion. Now, they had finally made it to the last floor. But this is where the challenge began.

It was swarmed with hostile mobs. Zombies, skeletons, creepers, vindicators, and evokers immediately charged at the group. Y/N, who was the quickest to respond, broke some of the carpet and built a dirt wall to prevent them from coming any closer.

Y/N: Alright... can't say I expected for this many to be up here.....

Lucifer: Senpai what do we do now? As soon as we take the wall down, we'll get ru- ow!

Tiny ghosts with iron swords floated around the group making them instantly take the defensive.

Y/N: Vexes... and even if we take out the evokers, they won't disappear. Kong Ming, Dracula, make a two-block dirt pillar for yourselves to stand on. Afterwards, use your bows to kill off the mobs behind the wall. The rest of us will handle the vexes.

The plan was set and put into motion. Kong Ming and Dracula quickly got to their positions as Y/N and the rest defended them. One by one, the vexes were killed and the mobs at the wall were slowly picked off.

From there, it all went smoothly. The team was then able to explore the rest of the floor with no repercussions. After telling Cupa it was safe to come in, everyone got to work in finding a room to call their own. Ironically, everyone found a room upstairs, while Cupa had Y/N put down decorations for her. Y/N and Saint got to work on repairing destroyed parts of the building from the takeover. Saint had also used this opportunity to "get closer" to Y/N, which upset Dracula and Kong Ming who were secretly watching them.

Now that the sun had set, Y/N had put a door at the entrance so that mobs couldn't wander in. As for the activities for the group at this moment... they were enjoying themselves. Everyone was eating, talking, and laughing in the dining room. Y/N took a moment to observe them closely as they spoiled themselves. This sight was familiar to Y/N, he had experienced a moment like this a long long time ago. He remembered being at a table, enjoying himself with others who were close to him. Their laughs, their smiles, the food that they ate, the things that were said, it all came crashing back to him like a wave throwing itself against the shoreline. But those joyful memories had now been turned into scornful ones. Y/N could hear yelling in them, the malice radiating from the people he called family. It got worse when a corpse hit the ground. He turned his gaze to the not one, not two, but three people responsible for this act. Their eyes gleamed with delight and pride as the spilling of blood began. All he could do was grab the hand of the person closest to him and run, the person he held on to ran with him in response. Then he...

Dracula: Senpai, do you feel alright?

He was then brought back to the present. Everyone was staring at him in concern.

Y/N: I'm alright, just thinking about old times.

Saint: Senpai, if you ever need to talk to someone, we're here for you.

Y/N: ... I'll keep that in mind, thank you.

With that, the atmosphere went back to the way it originally was, joyful and warm. Y/N was thankful for what he had now, even if two people were currently missing. All he needed to do now was keep everyone safe.

The moon reached the top of the night sky, and it showed everyone sleeping. Almost, everyone sleeping. Y/N laid on his bed, awake as ever. He sat and looked around his room, as if looking for something. The was dimly lit, the only thing that stood out were the glowing purple eyes staring at him. Other than that, nothing noteworthy.

Y/N: You need to find a different way of letting me know your here, Ameila. If someone walked in right now, they'd probably scream.

Ameila: Then it's a good thing everyone else is asleep. For now, the two of us are alone and undisturbed.

Y/N: ... Is it time yet Ameila?

He received no response from the endergirl.

Y/N: I see...

Seeing as how the adventure has started, Y/N laid down on his back to hopefully get some rest, closing his eyes in the process. A moment passed before he felt a weight on top of him. He spoke with his eyes still closed.

Y/N: ... Are you comfortable?

Ameila: ... Quite so.

No more words were exchanged as they fell asleep together in that position. It was peaceful and quiet ... like so long ago.
