Flashback: Seven Years Ago
In a dimly lit room, a little girl huddled on the floor, her body trembling as she cried and begged. "N-no, it hurts," she sobbed.
"Shut up, bitch," the man growled, his voice cold and harsh. He raised his hand again, delivering another blow to the girl.
"N-no, p-please, d-dad, i-it h-hurts," she pleaded through her tears.
"Shut up, bitch!" the man snapped, his anger boiling over. He slapped her across the face, and she fell to the ground, her cries echoing in the empty room.
"Just die, bitch," the man spat, slamming the door behind him and leaving the girl alone in the darkness.
The Next Day
The little girl rose from her bed, wincing as she moved through her morning routine, her pain a constant companion. She went downstairs for breakfast, her movements stiff and careful. Her parents had divorced, and now her father was her sole guardian. She took an apple and made her way to school.
At School
"Hey, Y/N!" her best friend Jisoo called out, her face brightening at the sight of her.
"Hey, Chi," Y/N replied, offering a faint smile as she hugged her friend.
"Are you okay, Y/N?" Jisoo asked, her concern evident.
Y/N nodded, trying to mask her pain. "Okay, if you say so. Now let's go," Jisoo said, leading her friend to their classroom.

After School
Y/N's POV
I said goodbye to Chi and began the dreaded walk back to my prison-my father's house. My name is Lee Y/N. My father used to treat us terribly, often beating us. My mother divorced him, promising she would one day come to take me away from this monster. He's a mafia boss, a killer, and I hate him with every fiber of my being. I despise everything about the mafia.
End of Y/N's POV
As I approached my father's house, someone suddenly grabbed my wrist. I turned around in shock and saw her.
"Mummy," I cried out, throwing myself into her arms. I hugged her tightly, my tears flowing freely.
Y/N, don't cry. Mummy's here to take you 'home," she said softly, her voice soothing as she comforted me.
"Mummy, I love you," I said, my voice muffled against her shoulder.
"Mummy loves you too," Ms. Lee said, kissing her daughter's forehead gently.
