inspiration :') still, i hope you enjoy this <3

"Look at you," Haemin snickers with his mates superciliously as he steps on Jisung's leg with his foot- pressing down to put more pressure and pain.
"Without your club, you're just a timid, weak brat. It's confusing me on why they still let you in the team."

SMACK!

Haemin slaps Jisung's cheek and it reddens instantly from the intensity yet, Jisung remains silent and still.

"Ah, I get it now. You're their toy, aren't you? Since you don't retaliate, they drag and push you around as their puppet however they please," the bully snides and Jisung's hand clenches briefly before it relaxes again.

Haemin calls his friends over and they circle around Jisung who limply sits against the wall.
"Well, we shouldn't miss this opportunity for revenge, should we?"

They all cackle sinisterly and are about to give Jisung a piece of their 'revenge' each until a random book abruptly flies between them, putting their actions to a cease.

"What are you doing?" Iseul asks, neither frantic nor relaxed but it's clear she doesn't enjoy the scene.

Haemin tilts his head and cocks a brow, amused. "If it isn't a member of the so-called 'Dreamcatcher.' Such an honour to finally meet you."

Iseul ignores his condescending greeting and rushes to Jisung- holding his large hands and pulling him up.
"Come on, Jisung. Let's go."

He looks up at her blankly as he slowly rises, confused but intrigued in a way.

However, a sudden shove towards Iseul brings them both to a stumble and they sit next to each other on the stone ground- throbbing pain on their arses from the fall.

"It seems like she's trying to be a little hero. How exciting," Haemin slurs with entice but neither Jisung nor the target for his aggravation show any reaction.
"Not much of an enthusiastic audience, huh?"

Iseul glares at him when she suddenly, feels a squeeze on her hand and she inconspicuously looks.

Unlike Jisung's unchanging expression, his subtle actions prove that he is in fact, unnerved by Haemin.

Sung can easily fight him off if he chooses to so why doesn't he?

"Leave us alone before any of us regret anything," Iseul says and pulls Jisung up- clenching her grip on Jisung's hand but Haemin's utterly dense.

Or prideful. Unfortunately both.

"How do you know I would regret? You don't even know how fun this is for me," Haemin provokes and Iseul frowns, showing complete displeasure.

THWACK!

Eyes widen and jaws fall when Iseul strikes Haemin's stomach with her fist but what shocks them more is the impact- him flying far backwards, losing his balance and when he lands rolling, he coughs jarringly as red splatters on the stone ground.

"How the hell did she do that??" One of Haemin's henchmen blurts out frantically.

Iseul turns to him and he freezes. "That was just a punch. Would you like to volunteer for a kick?"

She slowly shifts her eyes to the rest. "Or...anyone else?"

They gulp, petrified in their places as they constantly glance at Haemin who remains unmoving.

The look of fear on their faces aches Iseul and she tightens her grip on Jisung's hand. "I told you to leave us alone before any of us regret anything."

Jisung glances at the sound of her low, dispirited tone and he tilts his head in confusion at the dejected mien she wears.

She says nothing afterward and hurries away from the scene with Jisung dragged behind her.
