Topaz POV
Topaz was having mixed emotions by the news Laverna gave her. ^a potion that can disable the fairies ability to fly and weaken magic, not only that but affect living beings? If her minions are already at the golden forest then they already spread the sickness at the magic meadow. The fairies, the flowers and everything in the meadows are exposed to the sickness, is Laverna planning to gather all of the guardians?? What for?? Oh my gosh I need to relax and to think this thoroughly^
Topaz looked at the remaining food Laverna served her earlier, took one and ate it, ^wow this flutternut cake tastes amazing, I'm surprised Laverna can cook this well HECK! I'm surprised she can cook at all!!^ Topaz tried to relax (emphasize on the relax) and saw a small shimmer in her neck
^my necklace.. I wonder if I could escape using the magic from the crystal, it's named as a powerful magical artifact but so far in my career in being a guardian it's basically useless. It does absolutely nothing, other than taking shapes on what I want it to be, it's useless. But then why would it be named a High magical artifact if it's just nothing??.... Maybe I should... ^
Topaz started to meditate and focused her energy onto the crystal. The deeper she went the more abundant the magic is, she then heard a crack, and another and another, maybe she's gone to far deep but there's just something pulling her in deeper like a feeling of warmth from the sun so she went deeper until she heard a glass shattering into pieces and her name being called out to her "hello topaz~"
No one's POV
Her eyes shot wide but instead of seeing laverna's lair she saw the magic meadows??? ^what the.... am i in the magic meadows right now!? And What was that voice?^ *soft lullaby playing* ^is that a lullaby?^ *looks around* ^looks like it's coming from that flower over there^
"hello ummmm..."
"oh my! Lady Topaz is that you?!? I thought you were kidnapped"
"Wait a minute... are you talking to me?!? What type of flower are you?!? Can all flowers talk?!? Am I really in the magic meadows right now?!"
"My my Lady Topaz calm down take deep breaths"]
That really didn't help Topaz calm down instead she snapped
"Calm down?! Calm down?!! I was just kidnapped by Laverna herself, was informed of a sickness that weakens magic and affects all living things, and now that same sickness is now spreading.. no already all over fairytopia?! I heard a strange voice, was suddenly transported here in the magic meadows, and I am talking to a flower A FLOWER!"
*Topaz takes a deep breath*
"Sorry about that, a lot has been happening and.."
"No no no Lady Topaz don't apologize, it's me who should Apologize for suddenly overwhelming you. Now let me introduce myself, my name is Peony and to answer your question 1. yes I am a flower, 2 as for what type of flower I am I guess a normal one. And 3 Yes you are in the magic meadows but your magical abilities and senses heightened allowing you to feel and understand the living beings here in the magic meadows"
*inhale* *exhale*
"Okay hello peony again sorry, but how did you know I was kidnapped? by laverna no less?"
"Ohh so you don't know"
"What do I not know?"
" hmmmmm....... The simple answer would be that I was told by Elina, the fairy living here inside me, the news that you were kidnapped by Laverna, but... if you want something more complicated?... answer then, the flowers and creatures sensed your magic suddenly disappearing from the magic meadows Lady Topaz"
"Wow how.. Okay…. how long have you all been aware??... of your Surroundings?? And who is this Elina? I have never heard of a fairy named Elina in the meadows??"
*small chuckle*
"Well Lady Topaz we have always been aware, it's just that it's been a very long time since a powerful fairy like yourself noticed us like Lady..... ohh ummmmm"
"Wait hold up you mean there was another fairy that can do this, since you called the fairy a lady, is she a girl... Peony you have to tell me I—-"
"TOPAAZZZZ!!!!! WAKE UUUPPPPP!!!!"
"What the??... Laverna?!"
"Lady Topaz you're disappearing!"
"Peony!"
"Wingless!! The reason why you haven’t heard of Elina is because she's wingless!!"
*back in the mystic marsh*
"Aughw huh?? Laverna??"
" "Huh laVenRnaa" what else were you expecting and why were dozing off like that did you pass out from eating too much sugar??"
"What the....."
Topaz looks around her and sees that she's back in the mystic marsh
"Yes.... it seems I might have dosed off a bit"
"Hm pathetic "
As Laverna walks away taking the now empty platter Topaz thought to herself.
^was that all really a dream??... why does it feel so real?.. and a wingless fairy?... it seems that there are more mysteries in the world then I know of...^
