The situation got away from JJ, he knows that. After getting jumped and almost losing the gold, after finding the man who helps his dad get high, who helps him because this monster that hurts him, yeah, it got away from him, sue him.

"Welcome to Crackhead Wasteland," Sarah lets out.

"I don't know about this, man," Pope tries.

John B hits his head. "Dude, why are we at Barry's?"

"Ah, so his name was Barry," Kat hums. "Somehow, it fits him perfectly."

Everyone can be against him if they want, he really doesn't care if Kat agrees with him.

He opens the car's door. "This'll only take a second."

"Where you going?" John B asks after him.

"Yo soy justicia," JJ answers, getting inside the house.

The place is a mess, and like, after going to so many houses which were a mess, this one clearly tops it all. It's just disgusting. It looks like his house when he doesn't clean up after his dad.

"I know you got a stash around here somewhere," JJ hums to himself as he goes through the cupboards.

"What are you doing JJ?" It's Kat, because of course she'd be the one to check up on him.

Still, right now, she's standing in his way. JJ has been able to handle his emotions, which is impressive to him, okay, but if KD stops him, he'll lose it. He's already lost so much to Barry, more than they can even fathom, so fuck yeah he's going to get some cash. Get some cash, pay for his restitution, and maybe, for once, his father will look at him with some love and pride in his eyes.

He tries to go past her, but can't, so he stops and sighs. "Please don't stop me KD. Not you."

"JJ, hey, c'mon. Ten minutes ago, the guy was going to blow our heads off. He knows our faces, it's not going to end well."

He shakes his head. "You don't get it."

"No, I do," she assures. She takes his face in her hands, and his blue eyes lock on hers, pained. "Whatever you want to do, this is not going to make things right with your father, and you know it."
