When Sativa arrived at her mothers apartment, her security was extremely close behind. Pink Houses was unsafe, and that was the driving reason as to why she needed to get her mother into a new place. She knocked on the door and waited patiently for her mom to answer. Her anxiety had spiked in that moment. She hadn't seen her mom in what felt like forever.

"Just make sure none of you mention Sativa's dad, aight? There's gonna be pictures up of them and even though you wanna be nosy, don't be," Jack spoke. She couldn't help but smile up at the boy. The door opened and her once smile had turned into a large grin, "¡Mamá! ¡Hola!" She exclaimed.

"¡Oh Dios mío, hola, mi amor! ¿Por qué estás aquí?" Her mother asked. "Vinimos de visita. Estamos aquí para el fin de semana para que pueda ver a algunos familiares y amigos." Her mother nodded in understanding before turning her attention to the ones standing rather awkwardly in the hallway.

"¿Esos son tus amigos de Los Ángeles?" Her mom asked. "English, mommy!" Sativa reminded her. But she nodded her head as conformation. "Hi, and you all are?" Her mothers accent was light when speaking English, slightly confusing the group of people. When Urban popped into sight, she grew even happier, "Ah! My favorite child!" Urb brought her into a tight hug, "Hi, Ms.Saige," He smiled.

After their introductions, Sativa's mom had offered to cook for all of them. Jack inevitably offered to help, not wanting the woman to do it on her own.

Sativa sat in the spare room with everyone else as they waited for the food to be done, "He's kissing ass in that kitchen right now," Druski laughed, "And since when did you know Spanish?" He asked. "Since I was born? You mad hoe?" He rolled his eyes at the girl, slapping her upside her head.

"Boy I'll tell my mother right now, she'll send a chancla straight to yo head," Just as she said that, her mother popped her head through the door, "Foods done. Come eat, you all look hungry."

When they reached the kitchen, everyones mouths begin to water, "Solo haces empanadas y tostones en ocasiones especiales..." Sativa pointed out. Her mother smiled, placing a hand on Jacks shoulder, "Jack told me the two of you were together! I knew that bruja would work her magic!"

Sativa laughed, "Ma! That's not okay!" Her mother rolled her eyes, "It worked didn't it?"

Sativa sat down with her friends and began to eat. Everything was flowing smoothly, and the had admired the way everything came so naturally to all of them. They hadn't commented on the neighborhood she grew up in for half of her life, nor did they speak about the apartment her mother lived in.

In that moment, she couldn't be more grateful for the friends she made for the rest of her life.

Later that day, they had finally made it to their hotel room after taking her mom shopping with them and dropping her back off at home. Sativa left one of her security guards with her mom until she found a good place for her. She wanted her mother near by, but not that close.

They had already began partying and Tia and Kadence were calling some of their old friends up to come chill with them.
