TW: bullying / injuries (ig?) / intrusive thought (?)

Phil knocked on the door to the office. They heard a faint "Come in!" and Phil opened the door.

"Hello mr. Watson, and William", the head teacher said. There were four chairs in front of his desk. Two of them were occupied by Oscar and his mum.

"This really isn't necessary, my Oscar would never do anything to hurt another child", Oscar's mum said, a bit irritated.

"If a student accuses another student of bullying, we have to investigate the matter. We have non-tolerence on bullying, I'm sure you understand mrs. Jones" mrs. Jones just scoffed in response. "We also have a non-tolerance on skipping, as you may know William", the head teacher stared at Wilbur.

"It wasn't my fault", Wilbur mumbled, looking down.

"What was that?" all the attention was at Wilbur.

"I was blacked out in the bathroom", Wilbur spoke up a little. "Oscar and his friends beat me up so badly that I passed out".

"Oscar is this true?" the head teacher turned his attention to Oscar.

"Of course it isn't! Oscar would never hurt a fly!"

"Let's ask Oscar, shall we?" Wilbur saw his father did his best to control himself when he said those words. "Did you or did you not beat my son up so badly he passed out?"

"I- I-", Oscar struggled to speak. "I- It..", he seemed to give up. "It wasn't just me", he mumbled.

"Oscar?!", his mother stared at him, surprised and horrified. The head teacher sighed.

"So, because of this, Oscar will get detention for 3 weeks, and William will no longer have to go to his detention", he said.

"That's not enough!", Phil said.

"What?" the head teacher looked at him surprised.

"This boy has hurt my son so bad he passed out! And I'm sure it wasn't only once!" he turned to his son, "Wilbur. For how long has this been going on?" Wilbur looked down.

"S-six months...", he said in a voice barely above a whisper. Everyone was shocked to say the least.

"M-my son has beat you up every day for six months?" mrs. Jones asked.

"I got a few days off...", Wilbur replied in a whisper.

"I am so sorry for my son, and Oscar is sorry as well, aren't you, Oscar?", she said. Oscar just stared at Wilbur, then mouthed: 'You're so dead'. Wilbur felt a shiver run up his spine, and just tried to make himself as little as possible.

"Mrs. Jones, Oscar's behaviour has been unacceptable. We decide if Oscar will face expulsion or get suspended if we are allowed to see the bruises Oscar caused William to have", the head teacher said, the last part directed at Wilbur. Wilbur sighed.

They went to the nurse's office, since the head teacher decided it wasn't appropriate to take off your shirt in his office.

When mrs. Jones and the head teacher (we'll call him mr. Davis) saw Wilbur's torso and they both gasped.

"I think we need to discuss expelling your son, mrs. Jones"

Wilbur looked up at this. Maybe thing were finally going his way.

Or maybe not, Wilbur heard a voice say. A voice from his head.
