Nothing memorable happened during entrance ceremony. Things went typically and traditionally as any other school. Students were allowed to leave after receiving some general information about school campus.
Soon, the crowd turned into groups, and groups were cut down perfectly by the knife called 'classes,' no student from other classes bothered to talk to students from different class.
70-80% of the students started walking the path of dormitory, while their dark shadows following them from behind. It was a bright afternoon.
Almost half of my classmates and all other remaining groups went to the opposite direction from dormitories, with the intention of exploring some specific areas. I also had a strong urge to take a look at every corner of the school. However, I decided to do that at evening, or tomorrow, or maybe.. when I made some friends and wasn't alone anymore.
For some reason, I decided to stop by the convenience store on my way back to the dormitory. I grabbed the shopping cart and made my way in.
"You really are a stubborn stalker, aren't you?" I heard a voice of Horikita, and turned my head at her direction. I saw an annoyed Horikita standing their with crossed hands, shopping cart in front of her.
"Oh. Hori.. kita."
"What excuse do you have now?"
"I came here to see weather they increase the prices or not."
"I didn't expected you to say anything besides nonsense. What led you to think the prices can be high?"
"Isn't it obvious? I don't see any of us, our classmates, obviously, including you, and even me, doing something that worth these points." Horikita should've noticed it by now, that our classmates were extremely childish, taking things way too lightly.
Horikita wasn't one of them. Well, she was, but at the same time she wasn't.
"You think there's something hidden from us, right?" She asked, ignoring the fact that I even paired her with students who can't be doing anything worth these points. She might've had the same thought. It seemed like she was just intrested in this topic, rather than getting use to the way I spoke.
"No. You may think I'm out of my mind but I do believe the government giving us these points, saying, 'go kiddo, enjoy the springtime of your youth to it's fullest,' and that's that." I said, as I tear up our meeting gaze. She did look dissatisfied with my answer, but I just started taking a look at other products.
"You're right. I'm just thinking you're out of your mind." She said and started making her way deeper into the convenience store.
"Well, it couldn't be helped, I guess," I said, as I turned around and walked up to unchecked shelves. I doubt she heard anything but even so, not replying would be rude.
I checked almost every section of goods available in the store while buying necessities. Every products' prices were written in yen as well as they were similar to the market price.
"This school really is going to give us these points," I muttered, as I finished checking prices, and started purchasing food and veggies. I never did know anything about cooking, but it'd be great if I made something tasty with the help of internet.
Wondering around, I saw eggs and decided to buy some. I grabbed a package with my right hand, but as soon as I did, I saw another, slender hand at another edge. Her finger nails were colored pink. I realised it was Horikita before looking at her face, thanks to her perfect-sized breast.
"Move your hand." She commanded as she looked at me.
"I did it in the morning. It's your turn." I said, grabbing the edge with little more force.
