His golden eyes.... Those beautiful sun coloured eyes where the first things Zander saw in colour. And they were the prettiest things he thought he would ever see. His hair, his fluffy looking hair brownish, maybe some sort of light ginger. Zander couldn't really tell but he also couldn't care less.
It was all he could focus on all throughout his birthday and Luke knew, Zander knew he knew. Luke could see his staring. Yet he said nothing about it, so Zander didn't care. They were meant to just get lunch, but Jake suggested to hang out at Lukes house... Although Zander couldn't figure out why.
So soon enough they where at his house, it was nothing like Zander's and Hailey's flat, Lukes house had so much light and felt more like a home to Zander than anything else, while his flat had been dull and boring. Even if he hadn't seen it with colour yet, Zander still liked Lukes house more.
"So... Luke... Tell us a bit about yourself." Hailey said, winking at me subtly. Zander couldn't help but roll my eyes. He already knew everything there was to know about Luke. The other had told him everything when they were younger, and the friendship hadn't changed much since they met, aside from becoming more comfortable with each other over time.
As Luke talked Zander didn't pay too much attention, it wasn't too bad since he already knew everything Luke said. Once Luke was done Hailey made a whistle, sounding pretty impressed. "Wow, you sound so put together... Are you looking for a roommate?"
Zander glared at Hailey. Was she asking to move in with my childhood crush now? No way she would just leave me alone, right? "Well, I was wondering since I can't keep Zander with me forever... Have you met your soulmate yet?" Luke just nodded, and then it hit Zander, Hailey didn't know he was Lukes soulmate yet.
"Great, you could help him with colours and everything!" She sounded too excited for Zander, yet he was slightly mad that she indirectly kicked him out. "Sound like fun, but its up to Zander." Luke pointed out with a smile. Annoyingly Zander felt his face heat up a little and felt like punching Hailey- or Luke.
"Yeah- It would be cool." He muttered looking at the ground. "But Hailey I don't need help with colours." Hailey rolled her eyes and looked back at Luke. "He's a bit stubborn." Luke let out another laugh and Zander really wanted to either punch or kiss him. "I know, I've known him for years."
"Great, well then looks like you have some packing to do Zander." Milly said with a smirk. "Shut up." He crossed my arms and looked over at Hailey for help. "Well, its up to you, but you can't live with me forever you know."
"Why not?" Zander pouted glaring at pretty much everyone. "Because Zander, you need to live your own life, find new people." Hailey smiled and looked over at Luke. "When can I move in?" Zander asked quietly, finally giving up. "As soon as I get the guest room set up for you."
Luke smiled again and Zander couldn't help but stare, Luke was even cuter in person.
