After Drew's visit Luke noticed Zander seemed a lot clingier than before. Luke assumed it was anger or something. Knowing he and Drew didn't get along too well before. Luke was just relived that they hadn't gotten into a fight about it.
Sure Luke knew they would get into a fight or two one day. You can't live life without it. But he was ready, he understood he and Zander would have different views on some things. Nothing that was likely to end their relationship.
As Luke cuddled up to Zander on the sofa, watching some movie that neither of them were really paying attention, Luke knew they would be together for a while. Hopefully forever. Zander was perfect for him and he hopped he was just as perfect for Zander.
"You know- I never really liked films." Zander admitted earning a shocked face from Luke. "Why not?" He asked acting offended. "I didn't really get them. I couldn't enjoy the colours." Luke laughed and Zander glared at him. "You know older films are in black and white."
"That's not the same thing and you know it." Zander was still glaring at him but Luke saw him smile a little as he was still laughing. "Luke it's not that funny." Luke nodded and ruffled Zander's hair. "Idiot." Zander muttered but Luke could see him really smiling now. "I do know what you mean though... The world seemed dull without colours."
"See. But then we met- and that's when I found light... Literally and metaphorically." Zander smiled sweetly at Luke. "Me-?"
"Yes you dumbass."
Luke kissed Zander's forehead and snuggled closer to him. "You're my sunshine Zander." Luke saw his face heat up and he smirked. "Shut up." Zander grumbled, putting his head on Luke's chest. "Never."
"Ugh... I hate you."
"Love you too."
