16) Welcome to the Hunger games

"How long will she take?" Altair asked standing next to me. We were currently waiting for Sakura to buy the tickets to the new gaming alley we were visiting.

Altair exhaled, the air condensing as soon as it leaves his mouth. His cheeks were dusted a slight shade of pink due to the cold as he was furiously rubbing his hands and placing them on his cheeks then mine and repeating it.

We saw Sakura approaching in her black hoodie and black sweat pants, with her hair now dyed green at the edges, up in a high ponytail, waving tickets in air and beaming like a homeless guy who just won a lottery.

"Got 'em!"

"Took your sweet time. Now lezz goo!" Altair exclaimed as he made a gesture to snatch the tickets from Sakura but she stepped back quirking a brow and hiding the tickets behind her.

"Okay fine fine thank you now can we go please?" Altair rolled his eyes. I wrapped an arm around each of their shoulders, sandwiched in between because I love my friends and DEFINITELY NOT because I was using them as a body heater. Nope. Icarus King is not a user, and dragged them inside while they continued bickering.

It's been a long week filled with exams and AP projects so now that we're free we were taking a collective breath of relief from the usual school dramas and student stresses here to enjoy.

I mean where else to relax rather than in a heaven of arcade games, bowling alleys, Karaoke, laser tags and food? We'll definitely have some fun.

I Jinxed it. I totally Jinxed it.

We excitedly entered the bowling alley thinking 'hey! Bowling is fun so sooo relaxing!' and now, five minutes later Sakura was sitting on one of the chairs rubbing her temples and glaring at me, Altair was standing next to her hitting his head in the wall and I was holding Beck off, keeping him from throwing the bowling ball on Elio's stupid (beautiful. Don't tell Beck.) head.

I mean I know I live with my brother but hey! can you blame me for not knowing he and his posse sans Jonathan who has been kicked out from the group (fuck you Jonathan!) will come here at the same time as us and Elio's posse?

No. You can't.

"I totally won that last game you cheating fuck!"

"Stop piling your failures on my head dickhead."

"Language both of you." Zachary exclaimed half heartedly, looking done with his life.

"We were here to enjoy!" wailed Sakura from her place as Melissa patted her head, who also looked done.

"I want a rematch and I'll show you I won fair!" gritted Elio.

"No you'll cheat again I know."

"A day off! That's all I asked" cried Altair still hitting his head.

Naturally, all the other rows were occupied so we only had one row to bowl in, where again Naturally, Beck and Elio were having their scuffle.

"Can't you two go and compete for some other game? We really wanted to play as well." I said Irritatingly drawing both Beck's and Elio's attention.

"I have an idea!" Beck shouted.

"Noooooo" All of us shouted back collectively.
