Horror growled uneasily as I woke up from comfortable sleep. "What's wrong..?" I asked groggily, rubbing sleep from my sockets. "feels weird... like when you came to my world."
"That... 'shift in the atmosphere'?" I asked, a little more alert. "yeah... only it's not leaving.." He was picking at the hole in his skull again, thinking. "We should check it out then." His red gaze immediately shifted to me. "no."
"They could be hurt." I got up, stretching, before heading to the entrance. Horror put a hand on my chest. "they could be dangerous." I smiled and kissed his cheekbone. "Then come with me."

And that's how I came to be riding my boyfriend's back to the anomaly in the atmosphere. It was actually pretty fun, like riding a horse,  only he was a skeletal wolf. Upon making it to the clearing where the anomaly was, I saw Horror wasn't the only one who sensed it. This world's Alphys and Undyne was circling a lizard with an ax, a jittery fish lady, and a tense lanky skeleton. Behind them was some sort of swirling, shifting, blue and orange portal. "That's my brother! My friends!" I told Horror. Knowing that, the wolf galloped forward, roaring. Wolf Alphys darted away while wolf Undyne backed away snarling. Horror was ready for a fight, but I reminded him that I was still on him, placing a hand on his crest. "THIS MATTER NO LONGER CONCERNS YOU OR ALPHYS, UNDYNE. GO BACK TO YOU'RE TERRITORY BEFORE SANS DECIDES TO FINISH YOU BOTH OFF." Wolf Undyne shifted. "This is our world! We have every right to know what's happening you blue freak!" Horror snarled loudly, stepping forward. "Try me! You won't survive a second spear!" Undyne challenged.

Before I could stop things from escalating, Horror shook me off and I landed with a 'oof' on my back. The skelewolf shifted his own form, back to my lovable but deadly cannibal. "hand me that ax..." Alphys looked to him. "No way in hell!" I looked at Horror. The silent question hung there. 'What are you going to do?' Horror didn't respond with words, but his glance was enough to reassure me. 'Nothing bad.' "Alphys. Give him the ax." I said seriously. She looked at me before passing the ax to Horror. He shifted the ax in his hands, weighing it in his own standards, before finally deeming it worthy, I guess, then looking at Undyne. "bash me all ya want, undick, but blue's off limits. this is your only warning." In the time that Horror was threatening Undyne, Alphys had made her way over to Undyne, shifting forms herself. "W-we should just go.." Undyne stepped in front of Alphys, eye narrowed at Horror. He slung the ax over his shoulder. "i'm waiting." He dodged the spear thrown and Undyne went after him with more. Horror ran at the fish lady cutting apart the spear in her hand with the ax before slamming the blunt end into her abdomen. He rose the weapon up and I rushed over to the skeleton, burying my face into his blue jacket. I trusted him to do the right thing, but he still needed to remember that I was there. He slammed the ax deep into the dirt beside Undyne's face and turned around, picking me up. I clung to him as he walked us through the portal.

First thing I did upon returning home? Squeeze the life out of Papyrus. "Stars, Papyrus! I missed you!" Papyrus returned the hug. "i can't imagine what you've been through, i'm so sorry.." I laughed. "Mweh heh heh! It wasn't all bad! Horror there kept me nice and safe while I was gone! Besides, I got myself into that mess in the first place! Now if you'll excuse me, I'm in desperate need of a shower and so is Horror!" I pulled away as the wereskeleton tilted his head, scratching absent-mindedly at his blind socket. "I'll show you!" I pulled him away while the others tried to process what was happening. "Welcome to Hotland." Horror looked around, curious. "your world is much different then mine... are you sure i can stay here? i cannot garentee my getting along with this world's undyne." I took his hand. "That's ok, I'll help you." I promised. "There will be woods for you to shift in if you want, though there will be nothing for you to hunt... sorry." He squeezed my hand. "that is fine." He murmured then kissed my phalanges. "as long it is safe for us to raise our family, it doesn't matter to me." I smiled. "What do you think we should name her?" I asked, placing a hand where the soul of our daughter was forming. "i was thinking... colgar.."
"Colgar... I like it!"
