I have no idea where the Training Room is so I was following Brianna there.

Turns out you go training for fitness, wars, and battles, as if the name didn't tell me that already. I didn't know.

The room is like a huge rectangle with weapons hanging on the wall, a few small changing rooms on the side, a super long mirror on one wall, and a strategy planner map thing on the other wall.

I started gaping like an idiot until Danny brought us to a place on the strategy map called the Southern Winds (that is the pack south of the Silver Moons), Neon Wolves (they are the pack west of the Silver Moons), and the Eastern Belles (the pack east of the Silver Moons).

Danny pulled out a long stick pointers that teachers use, pointed to Brianna and I and told us to sit down. After that, he started talking.

"Since both of you are both future Lunas of different packs, it is really important to know about us wolves and our history," Danny said.

"Can we move on onto something else?" Brianna said.

I nodded in agreement.

"Girls, no talking. Us wolves in the beginning of time, back in Adam and Eve's age, were very powerful. The original wolves were a small pack, 3 brothers and 2 sisters. The brothers were named Neon Wolves, Silver Moons, and the Black Night pack. The sisters were named Southern Winds and Eastern Belles. They left the garden where Adam and Eve lived when Adam and Eve were banished. They believed they can dominate the outer world back then, so they had tons of kids with humans. Back then the wolves were immortal, so the kids keep multiplying until there is more wolves than there is humans. God thought we were evil so he sent the flood to Earth. Some of our kind heard so then they build another ship avoiding Noah's ship the whole time," Danny droned on.

"How long werewolves live back then?" Brianna asked.

"120 years maximum. All werewolves dies on their 120th year or before. The wolf that lived the longest died one day before his 121 birthday. We had to learn werewolf history back at my old school," I answered.

"God found out about the other ship, and he was very, very mad. He took away the Neon Wolves, Silver Moons, Black Night, Southern Winds, and Eastern Belles immortality, and they died immediately. When the water dried up, the wolves went into packs divided by their werewolf ancestor. The wolves that found their mates went into the male wolf's pack," Danny paused.

He was thinking of Mackenzie and how she came to the Black Night pack.

I still remember how she told my mom, my dad, and I.

*Flashback to two years ago*

I walked into my sister's bedroom, asking her for some boy advice. When I saw her packing up her stuff, my eyes widen in shock and surprise.

"Mackenzie, what are you doing?!" I asked my 18 year old sister.

"Remember the last wolf reunion? I found my mate. He is the Beta of the Black Night pack," my sister rushed. "So I'm leaving, Audrilina."

"But how about me?" I protested.

Mackenzie is one of the three Seer wolves in the Silver Moons pack. At this time, there is only 12 Seer wolves in the Wolf packs, altogether.

Mackenzie stayed silent for a minute. I knew she was looking into my future.

"Lena, your destiny lays here. Two years later, you would be at the Black Night pack," Mackenzie said sadly.

"B-b-but you can't leave me. Or Mom. Or Dad. Tell your mate to come to the Silver Moons pack," I pleaded Mackenzie. "Please. You can't leave your adorable baby sister. I'll be your friend," I offered.

"Lena, you're already my sister," Mackenzie replied. "And besides, tradition has it that the females leave their pack."

"Then break the tradition because I'll be the best little sister in the whole wide world!" I shouted loudly.

Maybe I shouted too loudly, so then Mom and Dad came crashing into Mackenzie's bedroom.

"Who's dying right now?" Dad yelled.

Then he saw Mackenzie's stuff in suitcases.

"You've found your mate," Dad stated blankly.

"Yes, I did," she replied.

Apparently the news is too much for Mom and she started crying.

"You can't leave, Kenzie. Stay here," Mom cried like a five year old.

"Mom, I wish. Breaking tradition is punishable by death, and I'm still young, and I want to live my life and not die," Mackenzie said.

Mackenzie usually doesn't use a harsh tone, but the words leaving my sister's pink lips made Mom cry harder.

The full on cry with tears, hiccuping, wailing, and those stuff, acting like a five-year-old.

It wasn't a pretty sight, and it scared all the living crap the hell out of me.

Mackenzie looked at me with her eyes pleading me to calm Mom down.

"Mom," I tried. "Let Mackenzie be. It is fair that she found her mate right now. She's old now, we have to let her go."

"No," Mom cried over-dramatically, with a this is a terrible tragedy like the Titanic voice. "Mackenzie, you can't leave. What about me? What about your father? And your sister?"

Crap. This is starting to sound like a Korean drama about the girl running away from home. Well, Mackenzie is telling us, but you get the point.

Welcome to the new drama called the The Freaking Story of My Life.

Sigh.

"Fine, Mackenzie, you can leave," Mom said, wiping tears from her eyes.

But then Mackenzie wasn't close enough to hear Mom's final words under her breath.

"When you leave, you're never coming back."

*Flashback ends*

"Anyways, class dismissed!" Danny burst out, suddenly cheerful, and quickly left the Training Room.

Brianna and I walked back to our connecting rooms, which Leo unlocked.

"What's up with Danny today?" I asked for the second time today.

"I still have no clue," she replied.

We went back into our rooms and I took a quick shower, and crawled into my king sized bed.

Turns out I'm not the only one with abnormal mood swing today.

Wow.

I closed my eyes and drifted off to sleep.
