You ever told yourself "be gentle on yourself" ,
When all you want to do is put everything on your shoulder like it's your fault,
Your burden to carry ,
Your own suffering.
But it's isn't ,
We all made mistakes,
That's okay ,
Even protecting ones you love can bring them harm.
So let's be gentle on ourselves,
Because at some point,
We all had enough.
