Sivaangi blinked her tears away as all clapped with a standing ovation, "Super Sivaangi and Anirudh, rendu perum semmaiyaa paaduneenga. Rendu perum sernthu oru song album paadanum", the anchors both said.

"Thank you", the singers said, "Ok ipo oru dance", Mani akka said and Rakshan looked at her confused, well even Sivaangi.

"Sivaangi and Ashwin oru dance aadanum", Mani akka said, "Eyy summa iru", Rakshan anna said and Sivaangi tried to back out of this.

"Akka enakku dance varaathu", she stuttered looking helplessly at her thangam and Ani, who blinked at her assuringly.

"Mani unakku summa irukka theriyaathaa?", Rakshan anna asked making all laugh except Sivaangi and Ani.

"Rakshan kavalapadaatha Ashwin un thangachii'ya keela viluthida maataan", Mani akka said and Sivaangi's heart shattered.

He already let her down, he broke her heart, he tore her apart from inside, the part which had been healed by Ani after a lot and lot of work.

Rakshan anna looked at her defeated as the song started to play and Ashwin held her hand instead of asking her.

Sivaangi was beyond shocked as they played this song and looked at Ani who looked at her in equal shock and looked down.

She didn't register what happened next as Ashwin moved her in his arms like a puppet, this made her feel as if she was being used.

Even though Ashwin didn't touch her badly or in any bad way with wrong intentions, she felt wrong.

As Ashwin twirled her from his one arm to the other, she unintentionally twirled into Ani's arms who held her protectively even though he didn't look at them.

Her heart started beating normal as she gazed into his eyes, she felt right now, she felt she was in the right and protective place now. 

Ani dropped his hand as all clapped and she looked at Ashwin who was smiling as if he didn't care that she was in someone else's arm, but she saw a tiny bit of something behind that in his eyes.

"Paravaalaye Ashwin super'a dance aadi apdiye rightful place'la mudichuteenga", Mani akka said with a hint of something in her voice Ashwin failed to grasp.

But Sivaangi is smart, she understood it and looked at Ani, who had also apparently understood from the look in his eyes.

They said their final thank you's and left the stage, Sivaangi immediately walking out without others looking or so she thought.

She was standing outside the place where the road was wet as it had just rained, she felt tears dropping and looked up at the stars thinking.

She went to wipe it when a voice called behind, "Konjam feel panna vidu kanna, sila neram kaneer thaa best friend'a irukkum sila perukku", came the voice which always stood support to her.

"Tears have no weight but it carries heavy feelings", Ani quoted as he came and stood next to her looking up at the stars.

"Tears are the words the heart can't say", she quoted back, this was something they do rarely, they had done it only twice, the quoting.

"Nobody deserves your tears, but whoever deserves them will not make you cry", Ani quoted again and that was it.

Sivaangi buried herself in his chest and cried her heart out muttering sorry again and again, "It's ok kanna I know what you are feeling", Ani said and she broke the hug slowly after sometime.

"No you don't please don't say you feel it", she said, "Ok I am sorry I don't aana nee antha paatu paaduna'la irunthu kadaisii dance moment varaikkum un kan express panna feelings enakku theiryum", he said and she turned around new tears dropping.

"I know you love me and I love you too and you are torn between me and Ashwin", he said and she turned around gasping.

He looked at her with so much pure love, which made her broken heart swell, "Aana nee atha sollavo ennoda relationship'la irukkavo theva illa, I have always loved you and always will, but nee oru choice edukka theva illa naanga epavume best friends'a irupom, naa unna force panna maaten, athoda enna nadanthaalum naa unna vitittu pogavum maaten", he said and she smiled through her tears.

"I love you too Ani aana I...", she hesitated, "Ma naa sonnen'la I love you and I won't make you choose ever, ipo rush panna venaam, you are double hearted, when you are ready I will always be there, even if you choose Ashwin I will help you", he said and she hugged him.

"Thank you kanna, thank you so much", Sivaangi said, "Always ma, naa oru pothum unnakku apdiya oru nilamai vara vida maaten", he said.

Sivaangi was confused by what he meant, "Naa unakku epavume oru option tharuvenoliya rendu choice'la choose panna solli kashta padutha maaten", he said making her more confused.

Even though she was confused she trusted him, so she just enjoyed his warmth before breaking the hug after few minutes.

"Ipo ulla polaama kanna?", he asked wiping her dried tears and running his hands softly through her hair making her close her eyes at the comfort.

"Polaama pa", she said after he finished his ministration making him smile and hold his hand out asking her.

She smiled at this and took his hand going in together...

~ A few months later ~

Ani and Sivaangi were just as close as they were before, maybe even more and their works were all going steadily.

'Cute ponnu' just released and it is now trending and Sivaangi was happy as it was Ani who had sung.

She wanted to ask Ani on whether she should sing in 'Uruttu' so she was going to his house with her brother.

She reached there and bid Vinayak and opened the front door, "Kanna yenna panna pa?", she asked sitting in the couch as Ani closed the door behind her with a chuckle.

She always comes to his home like this and he doesn't mind, "Yennathukku ma?", he asked sitting next to her.

She crawled onto his lap looking at him, "Illa pa ESP'la enna oru paatu paada solli ketu irukaanga amma appa enda virupam endutaanga aana enakku yenna panna endu theiryala", she said making him chuckle and tuck her hair behind.

"Kan'a moodi yosi unakku yethu seriya endu", he said and she did, "Ipavum theiryala pa", she said after sometime opening her eyes.

He laughed and looked into her eyes both freezing at the moment, "Ipo yenna thonuthu?", he whispered huskily.

"Enakku itha eduthu seiyanum endu thonuthu Ashwin kaaga en chances'a waste panna venaam endu thonuthu", she said in a trance looking into his eyes.

She blinked out as she finished answering, "There you go", he said and she smiled and kissed his cheek.

"Thank you pa, ipo naa athukku poganum enna drop panni vidu ma", she said and went to the door getting up from his lap.

She didn't register what she had done, but Ani was in too much happiness and shock, she bit her tongue as she realized what she had done, "Kanna vaariyaa pa?", she asked masking her shyness and he got up.

"Ah? ha vaaren ma", he said and took the keys going out...
