Jin and I were stuck in the office till noon the next day, then the plows and snow removal crew came thru and cleared everything out and we were able to leave, I walked Jin to his car and held him to me, "I am heading over to Miya's, I need her to be okay with us for me to move forward with you." "I understand Tae, I would never make you choose between me and your family, I know that's not an option", he says looking very sad. I cup his cheeks, "everything will be fine." "You don't know that, so don't make promises you cant keep", he kissed my cheek and got into his car, I watched him drive away, praying that my sister gives her blessing because I don't think I would be able to choose her over Jin again.

I walk into Miya's house and I hear my niece running toward me, "Uncle Tae." She leaps into my arms and I spin her around above my head as she giggles. "She just ate, be careful", my sister laughs, "what brings you here." "I wanted to talk to you about something", I say setting my niece down after kissing her cheek. "Come sit, we will have tea", she says motioning to the kitchen table, "so what's up, you are starting to scare me with your serious face." I let out a breath and tried to figure out where to begin, "we have a new guy at work and we were trapped over night together because of the storm." "Oh and did we keep each other warm", she teases. "We did but that's not the important part, it's Seokjin", I held my breath as I waited for her wrath. 

"My Seokjin, your Seokjin, the Seokjin that left me years ago without so much as a goodbye", she says with a blank expression. I nod, not being able to look at her, "he wants to apologize to you Miya, he wants to explain why he did what he did." "Are you two together now", she asks with curiosity in her voice. "No, I want your blessing first and I need you to know that I still love him, I and he loves me too", I say. 

"I just need a second to soak this all in Taehyung, I have since moved on and it's not like we were engaged or anything, he didn't leave me at the alter, I was hurt but not scarred", she said taking my hands, "of course you have my blessings, you don't need it but you have it, I think I dated Seokjin because I wanted him to look at me the way he looked at you but I was never that lucky." I stood and pulled her up into a hug, "thank you so much, I'll have you and Dae over for dinner with us one night." "No, bring him to moms next weekend, I know she would love to see him, she talks about him still", she says hugging me back, "now go get your man." I drove over to Jin's apartment like I had wings instead of tires.

Seokjin

I pace around my living room, I wonder if he is talking to her right now, he may not even talk to her at all, he may not even want to be with me, oh god I start to panic what if last night was nothing to him, just another warm body to make him feel good, tears start to blur my vision. I jump when I hear a knock on my front door, I look in the peep hole and see that its Taehyung, my heart stops and I cant breath. 

I open the door and I couldn't even get a hello out of my mouth before his lips were on mine, he lifted me and pressed me against the door, "I love you Seokjin." I pulled away from him, "what did you say, please dont play with my heart Tae, dont say it if you dont mean it." "I do mean it baby, with all my heart, I have loved since we were kids", he says kissing me again. 

"What did Miya say", I ask. "She is okay with everything, she gave us her blessing", he says setting me on my feet. I look at him, "say it again." He laughs and wraps his arms around me, "I love you Seokjin, so much it hurts." I smile, loving the sound of him saying that, I squeal when he picks me up and carries me to the bedroom.
