Chapter 52

"What do you mean by army of villains?!"

"There are tens of thousands of them! And they are gathering near Jaku General Hospital! We need to evacuate the city! I'm going!"

"Midoriya! Wait..!"

I did not want to waste any time in arguing with the heroes. There were a million people who could be attacked and killed at any moment.

I appeared high in the sky above Jaku city and spread my senses to get the exact location of every civilian and policeman. Then, one by one, they began to get engulfed by green spheres.

It certainly caused a lot of panic but I didn't have the time to explain everything to them. The villains had already seen what was happening and they were on the warpath to Jaku city.

'None of them are dying today, not on my watch!'

I pushed myself with an animalistic roar and teleported all the civilians away at once!

Back at U.A., more than a million people suddenly appeared and were gently placed on the ground before the spheres around them disappeared. The people were panicking but the heroes and the police were already working on explaining the situation to them.

Endeavour yelled, "That crazy brat is all alone in Jaku City! We need to go, now!"

While they were rushing to mobilize majority of the heroes of Japan to Jaku City, I was down in one of the streets, breathing heavily and clutching my head from the pain.

Teleporting a million people at once was too much for me.

Despite of that, I couldn't allow the villains to disperse and wreak havoc all over the country. A Behemoth had risen from the ground and was speeding towards Jaku city while the rest of the villains were left in his dust.

I created a massive dome of aura that caged all the villains except the behemoth. I flew towards the approaching behemoth and with a yell, I released a wave of 'Conqueror's will' that was enhanced by 'One for All'.

It was a devastating attack.

More than 70% of the villains fainted from the attack while the rest were on their knees.

'One For All: God of Storms!'

I wasted no time and immediately released my will, allowing it to manifest into the giant warrior that had made its appearance during the Shie Hassaikai raid.

The behemoth villain tackled me and tried to push me aside. It was a brutal charge, but, I was no slouch. My warrior form grabbed the behemoth and using its momentum, I threw it back towards the hospital.

It looked at me like a predator that had met its match.

It was going to be a battle of giants.

Heroes from all over Japan were rushing towards Jaku city in a desperate attempt to prevent me from dying at the hands of the villains. It was understandable. A mere student was facing an army of villains on his own.

Hundreds of helicopters were in the air carrying to heroes to Jaku city. Even the media helicopters were on the way.

Turbulence in the air could be felt from the aftershocks of my fists colliding with those of Gigantomachia. Using 'OFA: GOS' all the while trying to maintain the dome against the onslaught of the retaliation from the villains was very taxing. But, I just couldn't stop. If I did, I knew what would be unleashed on the citizens of Japan.

We exchanged blows for minutes, none wanting to back down from the fight. The forest area around us had been blown away from the shockwaves of our attacks.

I shoved the behemoth away and pounced at him with a superman punch jamming into his jaw. He roared in anger and pain and came at me with a wide swing. I dodged it and grabbed his arm to lock him into an armbar.

As the dust settled, Gigantomachia and I were struggling hard. He grabbed his fist that was caught in my lock and picked me up to throw me back down in a bid to losen my hold. I kicked his face, but, roared and managed to losen my hold and free himself.

He jumped high in the air and came down at me to hammer me with his arms. I got away before could do so. He was getting frustrated and he carged at me. I took his charge head on and attacked him with a barrage of attacks.

None of his wide swings were hitting me while I was battering his face and body with powerful punches and kicks.

Gigantomachia attacked with a powerful strike from above but I blocked it. I then struck him with a knee to his jaw, followed by a haymaker to his ear and then an uppercut. It was enough to disorient him.

I gabbed him by the shoulders and rammed a knee to his diaphragm, knocking the air out of his lungs. As he fell down, I went ahead and locked him in an 'Executioner hold'.

Gigantomachia struggled with all of his might, but, I was not letting him get away.

He yelled, screamed and grunted but, slowly and surely, he was beginning to faint. I felt his body lose its strength.

It took him a few minutes to faint under my hold. I felt his will weakening. Before he died from the choke hold, I released him and allowed his body to fall on its back.

I had prevented a calamity.

I had no time to rejoice from my victory. The dome I had created was full of cracks. A giant, black coloured fist battered against the dome and the villains had finally managed to break through.

Just as they began to spread like the disease they were, I heard loud sounds of hundreds of helicopters rapidly approaching my location.

My 'OFA: GOS' form dissipated as I was too exhausted to maintain it.

I fell down from the sky into the decimated landscape. Half the Jaku city had been reduced to rubble.

"Get him!"

"Kill that kid!"

"Our revolution begins now!"

The hoarde of villains was rushing towards me. For a tiny moment, I thought of simply closing my eyes and letting myself rest.

'No!'

'Will of Armament' rippled around my body and I took out the retractable Bō from my belt and covered it with armament. With raw emotion I struck it down on the ground and watched as the sheer power behind the strike blew the villains away who were in the front of the hoarde.

I said no words.

My conviction, my stubbornness, my defiance and my will was enough to convey the message.

As long as I lived, they were not getting past me.

The hoarde had reached me. As I swung my Bō at the first unfortunate villain, the reinforcements had also arrived.

The entire world watched with bated breaths..

The war of Heroes vs Paranormal Liberation Front had begun.
