MondayAnother day another fucking dollar. I know I should be happy to say that, but I really do not feel like getting up and going to work today, but I don't have any days off until the summer rolls around. Until then, I just have to suffer through these early ass mornings.
Anyway, this weekend was really fun with Bey. It didn't settle with both of us that we were in a real relationship until we got in her bed and we realized, oh shit, were together, and then we cuddled and fell asleep peaceful as ever.
The only reason she didn't spend the night over here last night was because she said she had to do something really important this morning. Sure I was a little bummed, but hey, I should be used to it, we didn't always sleep in the same bed.
Like I always do, I drug myself up, going in the bathroom, washing my face and brushing my teeth since I always take a shower the night before, and getting dressed.
I walked downstairs, going through my checklist to make sure that everything is in place for when I get home, grabbing my keys and walking out. I'm still so out of it, I don't know what's wrong with me this morning but I'll eventually be ok.
I locked the door, getting ready to walk to my car when I got interrupted. "Morning!!"
I squinted my eyes, looking over to see Bey sitting on her porch, as always, with a bright smile on her face. I didn't try to hold back my smile. "Good morning."
She got up, jogging over to me very carefully since she had my coffee in her hands. "I made this especially for you." She handed it to me.
"Thanks, I really need it this morning."
She creased her eye brows. "You ok? You look really tired."
I nodded, waving her off. "Yeah, I'm good. I'll eventually get over it. So what's that important thing you had to do this morning?" I asked as I took a sip of the coffee.
She motioned to the coffee. "This."
I stale faced her. "This is why you couldn't spend the night with me?"
"Yes! You need your coffee in the morning."
"You couldn't have just brought the shit over my house and made it."
She shook her head. "No, because I have a special ingredient that I can't bring out of the house."
I looked at her like she was crazy. "Is there weed in here?"
She shook her head. "No, I can't tell you. Well I will one day but not right now. You better get going before your late."
I waved her off. I feel like someone is slowly sucking all the energy out of me. What in the fuck is wrong with me. "Yeah, your right."
She stared at me for a few seconds before creasing her eye brows. "Are you sure your ok? You really don't look ok."
I chuckled. "What are you trying to say? I look like shit or something?"
She shook her head. "Nah, I'm just saying you look really warn down, I think you need to stay home."
I huffed, falling face forward into her. "I can't."
She sighed, rubbing my back and kissing the top of my head. "Alright, well I'll be by to bring you some lunch because granola and an energy drink aren't gonna get it."
I rolled my eyes. "It has been every week. I'm fine. Now let me go." I said playfully pushing her away from me.
She chuckled, pulling me back and pecking my lips. "Alright, I'm letting you go. See you later." She blew me a kiss.
