~Uraraka Ochaco.
I shielded both Deku and me from the harsh rain as I squinted at the hero before me. His ears perked from my prior words as his voice loomed before us…
“I smelled a scent that was similar to blood lust. Argrrf! Would you mind explaining!” I looked down as I remembered that he only talk like a dog when angry. ‘But blood lust?’ I glanced at Deku who was unconscious.
“Midoriya Izuku… it was him, right.” His gruff voice barked, and I flinched. ‘Did he guess it was Deku-kun because I was staring at him??!’
“De, Deku-kun did nothing wrong!!!” I snapped back defensively. “His quirk went out of control but this wouldn't have happened if Deku knew how to control it! Actually, this wouldn't have happened if-” I gasped, feeling that I said too much. I looked back at the doorway to see UA's guard dog not there.
‘Where did he..?’
“So what happened to cause this?” A calm sound drafted to my ears as I faced the one responsible. Who else could it have been besides Hound Dog sensei? Although the logic was plain to see I felt that it was unreal.
Tetsutetsu was dug out of the concrete and was gently placed on Sensei's lap as he checked to see if Monoma suffered any injuries. I guess the former's quirk stopped him from getting any serious injuries.
Such a gentle scene was interrupted when I registered that he calmly dug through concrete.
“The blonde kid scent is the second strongest here…” He whispered as it whisked away my silence.
“That's because Monoma and Deku-kun were sparring against one another.”
“Would you tell me what happened? As a staff member, I'll need to report this incident.” Listening to his words, even though I was confronted with his harsh tone. The way he was speaking now didn't feel artificial.
I peered at Deku-kun's bandage before facing Sensei. “It isn't Deku's fault, Monoma invited Deku-kun to spar and began… belittling our class.” I pointed at Deku and myself. “He was so rude. How could he say all those things when he wasn't there to see us struggle?!” My nails began to graze my palm but it barely hurt. “Then he blamed Bakugou for being the cause of All Might's demise, I may not like Bakugou but it's not as if he wanted to be kidnapped!”
Sensei hummed, and I noticed his bushy eyebrows frown a bit as he lifted the two students.
“You can hold Midoriya there, right?” He asked me as I confronted Deku. I nodded activating my quirk and rested him on my back. So now I was giving him a piggyback ride.
“Where are we going?” I breathe as I followed behind the adult. It was strange, I knew if Sensei wasn’t here I’d be struggling to think of an idea to ensure everyone was safe.
‘Is this the presence of a Pro Hero?’
“I'll be heading towards the infirmary, however, you should hurry to the staff room. I can tell Midoriya here isn't fully unconscious, Recovery Girl can heal him.” I adjusted Deku on my back.
“...Hound Dog Sensei… I thought you were also in the meeting?” A small voice trembled.
“Wouldn’t that be a sight kid, but I have a duty to ensure there are no trespassers.”
