After a 3 hour car ride of insane torture they finally made it to Chicago, south side to be specific. The house they moved to wasn't the best looking. The windows were boarded up, the outside was falling apart and apparently someone died in there. So not the best start but thins could only get better, right?
They got there about 5 minutes before the moving crew did, in that 5 minutes Kai saw someone walking towards them.
"No fucking way! Carson?" the person ran up to them and hugged them, it was Hayley.
"Yea no shit Kearns, who else would it be?"
"Well sorry I wasn't expecting to see you, like ever again. Not that I'm complaining or anything it's just a surprise y'know?"
"Ok lovebirds wrap it up our shits here now," the only person who has ever called Kai and Hayley 'lovebirds' was Finn.
They forgot how annoying it was but they were over the moon to see eachother again after nearly 2 years apart.
They said their 'goodbyes' even though they would see eachother at school on Monday so that Kai and their family could settle in.
About an hour later there was a knock at their door and Tori went to answer it because her dad was at work.
"Hello?"
