Kio stood her mechanic nails arched on top of the wooden table."I have kept the peace between Piltover and Zaun for three years. Without me there would be a civil war."

The blonde scoffed."Please if we just eradicated the Undercity our problems would be solved what's stopping us from pulling the plug on your little city?"

Kio smirked as she sat down."I fund every brothel in Piltover as well as the Undercity. I also keep the shimmer under control if I were to stop-"

Shoola put her hands up."Okay let's not get too carried away." Kio crossed her arms.

"It seems since im not needed I should simply remove our treaties if this council holds no respect for me."

Merdarda got up."Lets not be irrational." Jayce looked at her."What treaties?" The councilors sighed.

"There is currently a peace treaty in act meaning Kio protects Piltover from all large attacks orchestrated in the Undercity without her Piltover would-"

Shoola cut off Medarda."Piltover would be in ashes when Silco was killed the Undercity went into an uproar Kio softened the blow and controlled the citizens."

Jayce looked at them surprised."Its been controlled though if I chose to bring war instead of peace consider this city ash."

Kio threatened as she took out her cigarette holder. Jayce looked at her angrily.

"We have Hextech." Kio smirked and took out the stone."This?" Jayce's face fell."How did you-"

"I have my ways I also know exactly how it works and an army willing to burn your city to the ground so tread lightly."

Kio said before getting up. "Your not dismissed." Salo said angrily. Kio looked at him.

"Stop me. I.Dare.You."She said venomously. The blonde froze. Hostel sighed.

"Ill take me leave." Kio said leaving her long dress dragging across the floor.

After the doors closed the council was in an uproar."She threatened the city!" "Shes not even officially apart of the council!"

Kio just smirked as she walked out. Then she felt her phone buzz. Taking it out of her wallet she looked at the contact.

"Sevika." Her voice was still a tad annoyed from her now ruined mood."Its been a month she's causing trouble."

Kio sighed as she cracked her neck."What kind of trouble?" The woman on the other line inhaled.

"They call her The Big Bad Wolf." Kio's lips formed a irritated line."Oh?" She ended the call.

Then she walked to her car. Her driver waited patiently swiftly opening the door. Sliding in Kio looked at her phone.

Then she rang Jinx."Jinx is currently busy can I take a message?" Ekko's goofy voice came out of her speakers.

"Not In the mood where's Jinx." She heard some shuffling and a muffled "shes in a bad mood you know what that means."

A groan came from the background before she finally heard the voice she needed to hear."Jinx speaking."

Kio rolled her eyes."Wheres Viloet." It didn't take long for Jinx to let out a sharp breath.

"Shes at Zinks." Kio sighed before taking a long inhale of her cigarette."Thankyou darling I'll be home late tonight don't wait for me."

With that she ended the call and rubbed her temple."Looks like im going out tonight."
