ROOM/GUN👶

"His complexion is good, and his breathing is normal, so don't worry; he will wake up soon."

"We have to be careful that no one finds out about this."

I can hear someone talking. I opened my eyes and got up. "Huh? Where am I?" I rubbed my eyes and carefully examined every corner of the room where I was. I'm the only one here in this room. The place is familiar to me, but only now have I seen this room.

"Strange." I sighed when I remembered Imre. "If it's just a dream, why does it seem real to me?"

"You can leave now; I'll take care of Gun."

The language they use is new to my ears, but what I wonder is why I understood. Not only that, but for those who spoke, their voices were also familiar.

"Don't be surprised. Even if it's just your first time here in this room, you've become familiar with it because Gun has been here a lot." -Imre.

I lay down again. I stare at the ceiling. So it's not a dream. I closed my eyes and slowly recalled the painful memories this body had gone through. In fact, I can count the days I felt happy back then. Even though Gun didn't consider it before, I accepted it because he was the only one who made Gun happy.

Poor Gun!

"Destiny deprived me of having a happy life."

Unpleasant memories that crush my heart every time I remember how this body was treated. In this timeline, I suffered a lot just because they didn't yet know who I was. I was bullied and beaten; they didn't treat me well. I wept as I recalled the pitiful memories of this body.

I opened my eyes and wiped away my tears before getting out of bed. I approached the large mirror on the side of the door.

"What I look like in the present is the same as in the past." I stared at myself in the mirror for a long time.

The door caught my attention. If I open this door, I might meet someone who despises me. I took a deep breath before I touched the doorknob. I pulled it, and my eyes wondered around. I saw Tay sitting in a chair on the side, staring at the floor. I approached and sat down next to him.

"Hi." My voice was hoarse, maybe because I just woke up.

He immediately turned to me, and his eyes widened when he saw me.

"You're awake!"

I just smiled at him.

Tay will be the next Beta in the Dark Lotus Pack, and Off will be the Alpha. They are close friends, like New and I, who can lean on each other when needed. New is an omega, but his body does not seem to be an omega. Well, he's a pack fighter; it's normal for him to have that kind of body.

He closed his eyes to let others know that I had woken up. Werewolves use mindlinks to communicate with fellow wolves. Before, I didn't know how MindLink would work, but now I know. I already have the abilities that werewolves have.

"Hmmm. The doctor and Miss Bai are coming here; maybe you need to go back inside so they don't get angry that you just woke up and they see you outside your room." He said nervously.

The way Tay looks at me, I know he feels that I am more powerful than him. He was scared of me and couldn't even look into my eyes.

"Relax, I won't eat you." I feel his submission to me, proof that I am superior to him.

"Forgive me, but you have to get inside before others know who you really are." He bowed his head while his whole body was shaking.

"Hmmm." I felt Miss Bai's presence, so I went inside and sat on the bed.

Miss Bai's scent is strong-even stronger than Alpha's because she's not just Omega. The moon goddess endowed her with a strange ability that only she knew, but now I am one of those who knows her secret.

"We are a dominant omega, and the moon goddess has given us grace." Imre said to me as he just lay there and closed his eyes. He was in the corner of my head.

"The future Luna of a pack has unique abilities." he added.

I just laid on the bed while waiting for the door to open.

"How are you feeling?"

I looked at them as they approached my bed. I saw Miss Bai holding a necklace. Suddenly, my head ached, and the memory appeared that I had been wearing that necklace since I was a child. I closed my eyes because of the severe headache.

"Thanks for caring about me, but I'm okay now." I smiled at them.

They breathed a sigh of relief.

"I never thought you'd live any longer." He examined my condition as he continued to tell me how I was resurrected. "You were dead for three hours at that time, and fortunately, Miss Bai and Off managed to bring you back to life."

I just quietly listened to their stories about me. But all of the stories they told me and what Tay told me caught my attention. He told me in detail that the day I was dying was the day Off came home here; instead of the banquet he would attend and have fun at, he was at the clinic crying a mess while they were performing the ritual.

That day, I found out that he was my mate, and he would not leave me even though he knew he would be punished for not attending the banquet.

Well, I would be a liar if I didn't admit I was happy when I found out that he was so scared when I was dying, and he did everything just to make me live again. But all I wonder is, where is he, and why didn't he visit me today?
