Sungho's words rang in Jongho's head. He hated that fact that his brother was -somewhat- right when he screamed at him. The blame that the male carried became more heavier than before, and he believes that it was truly his fault with how things ended up til now.

Jongho had hang up on his friends' call so that he wasn't busy with something else besides getting the boy to open the locked door and calm his crying. The older kept knocking for his brother to open the door, sometimes saying how sorry he was and telling random things to make him stop crying.

“Sungho, bud... I know how angry you are at me and that you miss Hyungie- even I miss him, but I need you to open the door and talk to me” He made his voice as soft as he could. Training his patience since he knew how sensitive his brother was when he was crying.

“Hng- NO! heuk- I want- heu- Hyungie!” Jongho's heart was shattering bit by bit as he continues to hear his brother wail in his room. The hiccups, sniffles, whimpers. The older heared all of them through the door, feeling horrible as seconds ticked by. He eventually sat down, his back and head leaning against the door.

Jongho had never seen his little brother be like this. This was probably the most intense tantrum that he had ever had. It was probably because it was their babysitter who handled the boy whenever he cried, but still. The male felt so helpless right now, secretly wishing for a miracle to happen. He started to think of other ways to get Sungho to open the door. It was obvious that the boy wasn't going to let Jongho in his room, the male can't call their parents since they might be busy to pick up but even then it will take them a while to get home, and the kid might not even let the older's friends in if he tries to call them over. Ultimately, it led down to one person only.

Yeosang.

Jongho wasn't sure of the older would agree, much less pick up the phone. But it wouldn't hurt to try calling him. Pulling his phone out from his pocket, the male pressed on the green telephone icon next to the babysitter's contact. The phone started ringing.

Tapping the edge of the plane ticket on his coffee table. Yeosang bit his lip as he contemplated whether to agree with visiting his parents tomorrow. He just finished texting his mother about some details if he ever planned to visit them, and possibly go to a university that was near their place.

They told him that they wanted him to stay with them for a while. They didn't say anything specific, but possibly for a couple of months. He was puzzled on what to do. His problem with Jongho hasn't been cleared up, his friends don't know anything about this, and Sungho who was possibly looking for him now.

He wanted to cry with how hard the decision was.

Setting the ticket on the table, Yeosang leans back on his sofa and closes his eyes soaking up the silence of his apartment. It hasn't been a minute till his phone started to ring, disrupting the tranquility he was in. Picking the device up from the coffee table, he reads the ID caller. He wonders why Jongho was calling him but decides to not answer it, not ready to face the younger. Getting up from the couch, the babysitter walks to his bedroom. Not having even make it past the living room, his phone starts ringing with Jongho's name flashing on screen.

He swipes to end the call. Confused as to why the younger kept calling him. This went on for a little over 5 minutes of him cancelling the call, and Yeosang was beginning to be irritated. Placing his glass of water down, his phone rang again. The male sighs as he was about to block the younger at that point, but halted the action once the ID caller was now Wooyoung. This time he answers it.

“What?”

“Why haven't you answered Jongho's calls?” He asked in a panicky tone.

“Am I supposed to?”

“Yes you idiot. Sungho accidentally found about your fight with Jongho, and he didn't take it well” Yeosang eyes widen. Internally panicking with how the boy had known about their situation. “What do you mean he didn't take it well? And how did he find out?” The babysitter had anxiousness in it, afraid of how the kid reacted to the news.

“Me and the others were in a video call. Jongho was talking about the fight in the kitchen and he must have not heard Sungho enter, making him overhear his brother's words. And then we all heard him yell about how he hated Jongho for fighting with you, and then he must have left to his room” It was complete silence on the other line when Wooyoung finished the story. He remained quiet to let his best friend process what happened.

“How is he now?”

“According to Jongho, he locked himself in the room and is still crying” Yeosang could only imagine that the boy was most likely looking for him. He knew that he wasn't going to let Jongho in and their parents were still at work. He had to be there. Yet, that meant that he needed to face Jongho.

“Can't Seonghwa or Hongjoong hyung calm him down?”

“Yeosang, we both know that Sungho will only calm down once you're there. So what if Jongho's there? Just focus on Sungho first and calm him down. And if you and Jongho end up talking then you talk. The two of you are the only people who get to decide whether or not you continue your friendship, become a couple, or you end things. Simple as that” Yeosang's lips get caught in his teeth.

Wooyoung is right. If they end up talking, then the babysitter has to suck it up and deal with the problem dead on. Who knows, maybe he'll end up hurting the two of them more if they let drag it more. Doing them more bad than good. As he runs his hand through his disheveled hair, Yeosang lets out a shaky breath.

“Okay, I'll go”
