I woke after that horrific dream prophesying my death. I shivered, they'd call me by my old name, Cloudy sky. I'd walked with the cats that had come from a small forest. My mother was the only one to keep her old name, River That Flows Through Mountain. My father's name was Red Sky At Dawn. My father renamed himself Red Sky. My sister, Rocky Mountain, my brother, Eagle Swoop, and my other sister, Cloudless Sky. Hail song and I trained together. We became mates. When I gave birth to his kits, something went wrong, I died as I gave birth his to kits. Jumping fire, Yew tree, and Twig snap. I yearn to feel his touch once more. Quiet Sky loves Hail song, but Hail song was loyal and ignored her. Then I snapped back into reality, I am Mooncloud not Cloudy sky.
"Mooncloud, your ripping at the dirt and feathers. Is something bothering you?" Shinningstar asked.
"Nothing wrong." I snapped, then instantly felt guilty, but I didn't let it show.
"Hey Mooncloud. Do you got some moss I play with?" Bearkit had popped in at some point.
"Sorry Bearkit. I don't got any right now." I told him.
"Ok." He scampered off.
I felt a warm feeling about the tiny kit. I couldn't love Bearkit, Flowerstem was mine, right? My ears pricked at the sound of sobbing. I pinpointed by the oak nearby. Skyleap. Midnightpaw must've told her something.
