I love hockey I always have but even before hockey my love was for figure skating. The thing figure skating had the hockey didn't was the feeling when your stomach feels like it may do 1000 turns as you are 6 feet in the air but with hockey I had a team...a family. Before I could never imagine leaving hockey even if it meant Figure skating.
My home life was not pretty, yeah I had a house and food but my mom was away for work more than she was home and my dad well he was not the kind of person I wanted to spend my days with.
My mom was a trauma surgeon and my dad owned many hospitals in Canada and the US. I went to a boarding school since my parents were gone so much, it did not make sense for me to stay home by myself. going to Northwest school in Seattle was horrible the teachers were nice enough but the kids here sucked, they were so snobby and stuck up, we all had money but at least I did not throw it in peoples faces.
I had one friend in this school and that was Jenifer, Jen was not like the others she played hockey which most kids at this school hated sports. Jen and me would spend hours playing hockey together
it was our thing.
