THE STRONG BROTHERHOOD.

CHAPTER 7

     The next day became a gloomy one filled with elemental sorrows of reflex degrees. It all started exactly 4:30am, when all the prisoners were meant to gather and pray to God, each religion did theirs in their own way. All of a sudden, the prison walls became resonated with shouting and wailing of all sorts. This got all the prisoners awake as they all scurried to where the sound was coming from.
  
      Samson, the grand commander of the prison yard sped like a flash to where the wailing was coming from. He got there and realized it is Room B401, the room Barkard was assigned to, Barkard is dead. He asked his fellow prison mates about what  happened, they said they were all chit chatting yesterday, in the night. They were discussing about how they would the community to be a more better place if they get out of prison only for him not to stand up today after several attempts of waking him up. Samson shed hot blown tears, he demanded that he must know the cause of his death as it is one of the rights of the grand commanders in the prison.

     The morning devotion was later cancelled that day. The warders later took Barnard to the Necropsy room, you need to see as the whole prison became an ultra silent one, even Mayor, one of the bullies in the prison shed tears as Barkard was taken away.

     After few hours, the doctor said Barkard died of a renal failure. He explained that Barkard has only one kidney which he got through a graft method( a transplant) as his two kidneys had failed at one point of his life, this made him to undergo an organ transplant in which one kidney was transplanted but this kidney later failed which resulted in his death. Samson became curious after this statement, he remembered that Barkard told him he was arrested at the hospital then he thought to himself " what if he went to see the doctor and if he hadn't been arrested, he would have been attended to which might have prolong his life by now". He later understood the whole incident and went back to his room with his heart bleeding tons of sorrows.

     A week later, on a Friday morning, the siren of the police came out blasting in the hot sun. All the prisoners stood up to know what is happening, some even thought new prisoners are coming in.

     The police entered the prison yard with their glocks and Ak47 positioned at the right place, they went straight into the Chief warder office to discuss with him.

     Good morning sir, my name is Inspector Kelvin from Rotmerg police station, he brought out his ID card in a fast manner to confirm his identity. You are welcome sir, the chief warder replied.

     We are here because of a man called Barkard, he is 65 years old and was charged with a pedophilic crime. He brought out his case file to show the chief warder, the chief warder acknowledged that he knew him very well, he added that they were in the same class during their high school days and he is one of the most gentle and peace loving human he has ever met. Sir!!! This is not the time for sympathy ( Inspector heckled at the chief warder), I'm just here to tell you that he  is completely innocent of the charges levelled against him, we furthered our investigation and discovered that he was framed up by some people in the position of power so as to cover up their mess. He is dead, the chief warder replied abruptly. Inspections Kelvin went into a standstill motion as he heard this, he started shedding tears as he couldn't control himself. The chief warder tried to console him that he shouldn't because he is in uniform.

     The news later spread like an atomic bombing as the prisoners heard about it, a lot of them got an exponential increase in their anger as they were ready to destroy and attack the prison warders, only God knows what would have happened if Samson was not there to cool their nerves down.

     They were all shouting " JUSTICE FOR BARKARD", you need to see how strong the brotherhood between them. Mayor later became Samson's best friend as they are both shouting "JUSTICE FOR BARKARD", none of them slept their prison rooms, they all slept on the floor, this alone pushed the inspectors to identify those demonic bastards that set Barkard up.

     The whole country became a cavity of protest as the citizens came out from every angles shouting " JUSTICE FOR BARKARD", so many government properties were destroyed as a particular governor's convoy was attacked. Mr John Millock, the president of the country later came out to address the rabble as they continue heckling. The president assured them that justice will be done. The crowd later got dispersed as everybody went to their various homes, peace got restored as the real culprits were sieve out, they were later subjected to death by electrocution.
