It's been officially nine months since I left mystic falls knock up with klaus child. Katherine has been a big help to me and she nothing what Damon and Stefan told me she is nice and caring. they probably just misunderstood her

Katherine walk in "hi how you feeling she asked me"
"Great" I answer her back.
"Have you came up with any names as yet" Katherine asked
"Yeah but I still haven't decided between the three" I said smiling at her
"Well what are they don't leave me hanging" Katherine said jumping onto the chair
"Since I know I'm having a girl I want to name her hope rachel or Evelyn I still haven't decide on which one" elena said with a huge smile on my face
"They great names but I like Evelyn better" she said Elena just laugh at her
In mystic falls
"Guys hurry up and eat we still have to look at some other countries" Damon
"Damon come on use the five sense that God gave you and realize that she doesn't want to be found" Bonnie said
"Come on bonnie Elena doesn't know what she what's ok bonnie" Damon said getting in bonnie face
"Please are you her father I sure remember him dying " bonnie said not backing down
"Guys come we shouldn't be fight she wouldn't want this" Stefan said getting between them
"Please wake up to reality Caroline is making out with Klaus somewhere Matt doesn't want no part of this Tyler stop hanging out with us and Damon you basically assault her brother every time you get for information that he doesn't know maybe she left for a reason"bonnie said looking at brothers
"I know what right for Elena you don't so sit your little tiny ass some where and watch I know she wants to be found you don't" Damon said getting angry at the witch
"please Elena doesn't want to be found Just get that into your stupid brain" bonnie said rolling her eyes as she walking away
Stefan look at his brother "look you've made us lose another one"
"We only need to find Elena" Damon said walking away
In new York
Katherine and Elena where talking when she felt
"Owww" Elena said confuse
What is it "Katherine ask concern"
"OWWW" Elena said more louder
Just then she felt a liquid came rushing down between her legs. She look at Katherine "my water just broke"
"What" Katherine said jump from her seat "hold on I'm calling Maddie" she said as she vamp speed to get her phone
"Hurry up" Elena yell as she hold the bottom of her stomach"
2 minutes passed "She's coming" katherine said as she rush to get the things Maddie told her to get
Elena hold the bottom of her stomach and cried in pain
Maddie came rushing in "it's ok I have arrived" she said as she walks towards Elena and careful carry her to the bed.
2 hours into delivery
"Ok Elena I'm a need you to push as hard as you can't" Maddie said
"I CAN'T " she yell
"Yes you can in couple more hours you'll be holding your baby girl", Katherine said
"AHHHHHH" Elena scream as more tears came rolling down her cheeks. And then the room fill with cries
"Her she is" Maddie said smiling handing the baby to elena
then the room was full with Elena scream Again "AHHHH"
"What's happening" Katherine ask taking the baby away from elena.
"A next one is coming" she said
"A NEXT ONE" A shocked elena said
"Elena I need you to push" Maddie said
"I can't do it again I can't" Elena said crying "yes you can just take deep breaths and breathe" Maddie answered.
elena took a deep breath and beginning pushing Again till she heard her baby crying
"ELENA I need you to push one more time" Maddie said handing the baby to Katherine
"WHAT NO NO NO I CAN'T PUSH OUT ANOTHER ONE I CAN'T IT HURT SO FUCKING BAD" Elana said crying
Maddie must admit she felt horrible for the little girl having to this again.
"Elena this the last one all you gotta do is push" Katherine said
"FUCK THIS" Elena said before screaming in pain she was trying her hardest but she was so weak and couldn't do it anymore, "MADDIE I CAN'T DO IT ANYMORE" she yell crying.
"Ellie one last push and you'll be resting just push ok" Maddie said"
"AHHHHHH" Elena said as she heard crying hoping it was the baby's and not here's . "Please tell me this the last one" she ask hopefully. "it is" Maddie answered. Handing her the baby, "Congratulations you have three girls" she said smiling
"I'll get the other two" Maddie said walking out "
Elena was just staring down at her youngest not knowing Katherine and Maddie Walk in. "Hi you did good" Katherine said
Elena smile at her and said "I sure did do it" she said. before getting her other two kids.
"What are their names" Maddie ask
"Hope Evelyn and Rachel" she said smiling at her kids "I like it" Maddie said.
"Thanks the both of you I wouldn't have done it with out you two" she said.
They just flash her a huge smile
"It's no problem" Katherine said
" how do you fell anyways" Maddie ask
"I'm numb" she said looking at the two
