Mimi's eyes open. Where am I? Mimi thought. Blackie! Mimi skidded across the jacked up seat and sniffed Blackie's cage. All Mimi could see was Blackie's body laying there with no life. This can't be happening! Mimi turned swiftly and saw her owner with blood all over her. Mimi felt a tear run down her furry cheek, then Mimi looked at the car side. The car door completely flew off. Mimi jumped out of the car and ran,ran as fast as she could.
About an hour or two later Mimi found herself on the streets. Humans,there everywhere here. Mimi raised her muzzle and sniffed,a barn not far from here. Mimi smiled and galloped all the way to the barn,she saw animals she never saw before,home,Mimi thought.
Mimi's eyes opened to the sound of cows,Mimi raised her head and felt dizzy,"I guess it wasnt a dream." Mimi meowed then she sighed. If only Blackie survived! Blackie was her brother,she can't live without him! "Hello,deary." A old cat mewed. Mimi looked at the elder,"Umm..Hi,my name is Mimi." The elder looked at Mimi,"Call me Scarlet. What brings you here,ya need a home?" Scarlet meowed. Mimi blinked then nodded.
"Follow me. And tell me your story." Scarlet started padding to the gigantic red barn doors. "Well," Mimi began,"I was in a crash with my owner and brother." Mimi stopped in her tracks and looked down. "Oh,I'm so sorry! I shouldnt of brought this up,how about let's get some lunch?" This is a nice cat,Mimi thought. "Sure," Mimi and Scarlet padded out the barn full of energy. Mimi was ready to find out what her new home is like.
