(I've changed it all too present tense, hope you enjoy the read, even though I find it a bit anticlimatic. It's like fillers okay?)

The clone grits his teeth in frustration, sweat pouring down his forehead as a luminous green glow emitted out of his hands. His knees were nearly giving out as it shook slightly for staying in the same position for a long time. He wouldn't dare move, he's close to finally finishing the healing process after all, and if he were to dispel without succeeding the task at hand, then Shisui would still remain in terrible condition with his wounds not fully healed and his eye socket practically empty and bleeding.

He would also never leave the teen unguarded, they're still in enemy's territory after all, and it's difficult to find shelter in a rushing river.

Kirikagure is where they're located so there should be a clone being sent off by boss once he dispells. Hopefully he wasn't that far from him, this country can be famous for being enormous and easy to get lost in because of its name given, not to mention the enemies that's come their way.

Carefully he shifts slightly to his left, healing the wounds with much more chakra used than intended.

He could feel his chakra seeping out of him bit by bit, the latter few that would soon make him dispel.

With the few chakra he has in him, he made a hand sign and summoned 2 more clones on his side.

They all nodded to eachother in unison, and deftly got to work.

He would make this fast until Shisui is in good physical condition, aside from the eye of course. He wouldn't fail.

When Shisui finally woke up, Hikari had made it just in time, having dispelled his clones and giving them a good pat on the back with identical grins.

The Uchiha present groans, his throat apparently dry.

"The heck..." Shisui squints his eyes, adjusting to the light.

Momentarily, he pondered over his scenery. He felt the ache in his body that began to lessen, including how not empty his eye sockets felt when he ripped out his eyeball and jumped out of a cliff onto the Nakano River.

Wait... not empty...

He's alive...

"I... I can see..." he spoke stunned, his voice sounding raspy, nearly choking on air, only coughing as he made an attempt to fist his chest. His throat felt awfully rough to his dismay.

Then again, he didn't remember the last time he drank any water since the mission started.

The memory felt foggy.

"Yes, you have," at the sound of the deep voice, he jolts right out of his position, standing upright in a matter of millieseconds. His Sharingan blazing and glowing red in the most predatory matter, ready for battle if he had to.

Since he didn't have weapons with him along with the fact that he doesn't know where the fuck he's at and how and why he's here in the first place, the next few minutes would probably go with him contemplating whether or not he'd head back to his shitty clan.

He deadpans at the thought.

Itachi would be so pissed.

Why was he even thinking about this?
