This story is a twist on a very well known fairytale. It is beyond what you can ever imagine and I pray that you keep an open mind while reading this and that you get clearly every message I passed across.

This book is in a West African setting with no exact time period or exact culture or a peculiar people. I guess you could even call it apocalyptic like Alladin or like Black panther were the ancient and modern are fused together. It's a mix of everything West African. The names used in this book are from different cultures though, most aren't African names, they're Greek, Italian, Ethiopian, German and so on. I used the names because I liked them and I felt their meanings fit the Characters perfectly, regardless of the African setting. Because it is set in west Africa I collected different traditions from the area and merged them together and formed some of my own so as not to be partial.

Also please pay attention to the headings. This book is written in the form of two stories, past and present making one big story. So sometimes you maybe reading the present and by the next chapter you'll dive into the past to see how things really happened.
