† The never-ending nightmares †

Heaven's pov

I felt so warm in jimin's embrace, my head rested on his chest and he gently caressed my hair. "I love you heaven" his melodic voice made my heart flutter.

Just then I heard a loud bang sound and I pulled out of the hug. I looked at jimin, he held his stomach as blood oozed out. I looked behind jimin and saw jungkook standing there with a gun in his hand, an evil smirk plastered on his face.

I looked at jimin again, oh no no no this can't be happening, he can't die because of me no no no

"I'm sorry heaven" jimin spoke and I cried in panic. "no jimin, ple-please hold on. Please don't leave me no no" my shaky hands held his almost lifeless body.

I looked up at jungkook again and found him raising his gun again but this time he pointed it towards me. Is this the end of me?

My eyes wide opened and my heart raced at a abnormal speed. It was just a nightmare....

I put my hand over my forehead trying to calm myself down. I looked beside me and jungkook was sleeping peacefully. His head rested on my shoulder and one of his hand was wrapped around my waist.

He looked peaceful and calm, something I don't get to see when he's awake. Why can't you be normal jungkook? Why do you have to do all this? Why do you have to be the most wanted criminal? Why do you have to be the most ruthless mafia? Are you not getting tired of this?

And most importantly, do you think I'd ever love you if you keep me captive here for the rest of my life?

Only if you were normal, I wouldn't have hated you so much. If not lovers then we could have been friends at least. I looked at the bracelet jimin gave me, it was shining even in the dark.

I missed jimin even more and i wished to be in his arms instead. I tried to fell asleep again as it was just 4am and after some time I found myself drifting away in darkness.

Jungkook's pov

My phone buzzed waking me up from my sleep, I groaned in annoyance. I picked the call without even looking at who it was, my eyes still closed.

"hmm?"

"jungkook I've been calling you for an hour now, don't tell me you are still sleeping" he yelled as his annoying voice made my morning worse.

"ahh stop yelling at me this early in the morning and just tell me what is it?" I mumbled as I opened my eyes, heaven was sleeping peacefully in my arms.

"IT'S NOT EARLY JUNGKOOK ITS LITERALLY 10AM DID YOU FORGOT WE HAD A IMPORTANT MEETING TODAY" he yelled again. I swear to god I never wanted to slap someone so bad through the phone.

"I'll be on time stop worrying about me" and with that I ended the call, being honest I probably would have forgotten about today's meeting if he hadn't reminded me.

I looked at heaven again, her lips formed a small pout as she snuggled to me in her sleep. How cute, I wish you would forever hold onto me like this....

I give her light peck on her cheek and slowly got up not trying to wake her up. I didn't wanted to leave her side at all but today's meeting was actually really important.

I stood there for few seconds, looking at her peaceful sleeping her body. I remember how mad I was at her when she pulled that stupid stunt but with time my anger vanished. Because even after all that I still loved her... I threatened her before and I knew she would be terrified.. she might think I'm still holding a grudge against her for almost making me go to the jail but in reality... I couldn't make myself hate her, I can never do that.

I wanted to take her back with me just the day after that accident happened but I couldn't.

Things got complicated after that and the cops started searching for a my businesses and I couldn't let that happen because if my business was in danger, that means my men were in danger too and as their boss I was ought to to handle this. I went back and solved everything but when I came back, heaven no longer lived in the same city. It took me no time to find her again. I came to know that she has befriended a guy named Jimin and just in few months they started dating.

My blood boiled in anger and I wanted to give that guy a very painful death but then again he wasn't just a normal guy. he was park jimin, the only heir of his dad's mafia business. Heaven didn't knew about it, he was just betraying her in the name of love. I have planned everything, I'm going to give him the worst death and make sure that no one ever dares to interfere in my relationship with heaven.

When I was ready to leave the house I locked the main door carefully and then left the home and drove towards my office. just in few minutes I reached my destination. I got out and entered the tall building and everyone bowed at me. I opened the meeting room's door and found that everyone was already seated in their places.

There were everyone who worked under me, my managers, secretaries and my people who handles all my illegal works. I stood in front of them and started speaking.

"I have been silent for almost two years now and as you all know that the world thought I was dead. There were so many people who tried to take my place and certainly one of them was smart and strong enough to come at my level. it's no one other than park hyun soo." I continued

"his son, park jimin took his father's place just few months ago. There are three possibilities. First, he might not be as efficient as his dad and just ruin everything. Second, he might be just like his dad and run everything well. Third and last, he might be more smarter and stronger than his dad and possibly try to come at us"

"As you all know I've something that is very precious and important to him and I'm sure he won't stay still for long. I want every single one of you to be attentive from now. I'm also calling my men back who are in other countries to handle my business. I've already sent you all emails about their hideouts, businesses and more information. I don't want anyone to be careless now. Let's show that bastard who he's messing with"

After giving them few more instructions I dismissed the meeting. Before everyone thought that I was dead but know as everyone know that I'm alive and back, i want everyone to know that no matter how much they try, they'd never be at my position.

Specially not that so called boyfriend of my heaven, park Jimin.

So I planned on killing him, I know he won't sit silent that I have heaven now with me. He'll definitely try to find me and that's when I'll track him down and kill him.

"jungkook are you sure that your plan is gonna work? I mean you know park jimin is not just a normal guy we could win over easily?" he asked

"are you underestimating me?" I raised my eyebrows at him

"no it's just that I want you to be safe..." he spoke genuinely

"taehyung as long as you're alive no one can touch me, let alone hurt me"

To the people who didn't understood, it was taehyung who was talking to jungkook on the call. You all wanted him to be alive so :))
