***Here's a continuation and ending of the Zanpakuto Rebellion Arc. I'm sorry my chapters always end up being long, but I couldn't let this go. Jun and Ama are still technically kidnapped and both have widely different strategies to deal with it. Jun is going with the plan that hugs will solve the problem. Ama's solution is just to keep punching until the opponent stops moving. We'll see what the actual resolution is between the two. Enjoy the chapter and happy holidays!***

~Jun and Ama random fun fact: For Zanpakuto, the equivalent of a "your mama" joke is "your wielder/Shinigami/spirit" joke and then add the extra parts. For example: your Shinigami is so stupid that they returned a doughnut with the complaint that it had a hole in it. It's mostly done in petty banter and as a way to irritate one another as the Zanpakuto got bored of just waiting in silence in a cave.~

Muramasa really does not like Jun. He's noticed the changes in army. They're softer and weaker with Jun around. But he does not have the time or energy to create a new army from scratch with the sudden addition of the substitute Shinigami with strange powers and the loss of Sode no Shirayuki and Hyorinmaru. His heavy players, Katen Kyokotsu, Sogyo no Kotowari, and Minazuki, all seem to heavily favor the youth and he's not willing to lose them over Jun. He can tell Ama and Jun are disrupting Muramasa's brainwashing and making everything unstable and seconds from falling apart. He's stuck in a hard place, with no resources or time to start over with a better army and no feasible way to get rid of Jun without his entire current army revolting on him. He's so close to his goal that he just needs to last a little bit longer.

"Masa-san you look tired." It seemed like today's headache would only get worse. Muramasa looked over to see the rare instance of Jun without Ama by their side. He looked around to see the cave empty of inhabitants, but he could feel that the Zanpakuto were around still just hidden for reasons unknown to him.

"Where are the others?" Jun shrugged their shoulders.

"Hiding, we're playing hide-and-seek and I'm the seeker this turn." That meant there are no witnesses. He could easily run his sword through the defenseless chest right now and no one would be the wiser to what happened. Here he was slaving away and Jun was simply playing childish games with no care in the world. Someone needed to teach Jun what suffering truly felt like. It would be so easy to do. "Masa-san, you should stop before you hurt yourself more." As if reading his intentions, Jun's comment struck more as a warning to him even though it was more a comment about his health. He actually hissed at Jun.

"DO NOT PRESUME ME SO WEAK!" He yelled at Jun. Jun's impassive face riling him up more and more. He hated everything Jun represented. A Shinigami. A opposition in his plans and army. And most of all a reminder of what could have been for him. Seeing Jun simply made red anger enter his bloodstream. He wanted them gone from his sight, never to see the light of day and never to be within his view ever again.

"It's not weak to need help when you're hurt, Masa-san." Jun had crouched down, having their chin and hands rest on their knees as they looked up at him, after he had screamed at them. Somehow though the diminished pose they took, did not look like they were shrinking away from a danger but instead as if they were trying to make themselves look as unthreatening as possible, like they were trying to warm a wild animal up to them. That only made Muramasa more angry. Without thought or plan, he flicked his wrist and invisible wires wrapped around Jun's body in unorganized hasty lines. He started squeezing and red lines of blood started appearing across Jun's face, clothes, and legs. Jun made a slight noise of discomfort but still maintained an unperturbed face. "Masa-san, I'm sorry I made you angry. If you tell me what I did, I'll listen to you and try to do my best."

At Jun's declaration, Muramasa laughed bitterly and pulled a palm against his face. "Listen? You? You are not the voice I need to hear me." The strings loosened around Jun but did not dissolve away yet. Jun heard and understood the feelings of loss Muramasa held and correctly connected that who was Muramasa was trying to reach might be whoever his wielder was. From what little clues Jun could garner, Muramasa seemed to have lost his wielder in one way or another. Jun recognized that it would be callous and not right to suddenly bring up his wielder right now and decided to go a different route.
