***I've had less than 7 days off in the past 6 months and am regretting life. Time both escaped and tried to strangle me. Luckily I'm back from yet another unplanned hiatus, truly you all have the patience of saints. Enjoy Jun and Ama's fun times as fugitives.***

"So as ya goons know, we finally got the kid," Shinji clenched his fist in triumph. "No one's 'llowed to let Urahara know yet." Everyone in the room knew it was only because Shinji wanted bragging rights since Kisuke had taunted him the entire time Jun was in the Human World last time.

"I think Kisuke already knows, Shinji. He and Tessai made the transporter." Jun pointed out. And both spirits had programmed Jun to land in the Visor's hideout, not back in the Shoten (to be able to claim reasonable ignorance and all that). Shinji dismissed the valid point with a wave of his hand.

"It's the principle of the matter." Kisuke was always gloating about the unlimited Jun access he had and now the Visors had complete monopoly. With Jun's status as a runaway the Shoten couldn't as easily or frequently make contact with the extra supervision on them as assumed accomplices to Jun. The Shinigami were unaware of the Visor's existence. Rukia being the only one to even see Shinji and she wasn't even fully aware who he was and she was off playing princess rescue with Ichigo in Hueco Mundo at the moment. It was only fair that now Shinji could make fun of Kisuke and all the new ways the Visors could corrupt Jun against Kisuke's tutelage. Shinji started cackling in victory.

"Stop being a freak Shinji," his joy was interrupted, as always, by Hiyori slamming her foot into the back of his knees. He ended up falling forward and scraping his cheek on the concrete flooring. Instead of even acknowledging Hiyori, Shinji turned to Jun with a betrayed look. Jun was supposed to be his protector from the tyrant Hiyori.

He was met with the sight of Jun paused in adjusting their cone party hat on their head. Jun did sport a contrite look for not being able to intervene in time. "Sorry, Shinji." Well Shinji couldn't be mad at that. He was the one that handed and even insisted that everyone wear the party hats he bought. In the further background was a celebration banner that read 'congratulations' and written in scrawling handwriting below was 'for breaking the law.' In fact he was supposed to be doing the toast to Jun's fugitive party before Hiyori rudely kicked him.

With bravery forged by Jun's presence, Shinji quickly got up and held off Hiyori from attacking again by grabbing her face with his left hand and keeping her an arm's distance away. She squawked as predicted. The watching audience didn't say anything or intervene, used to Shinji and Hiyoris' fights. "Right, back to my original point. Welcome to our humble home, lil' Jun! You're welcome to stay forever and stay away from those other stuffy Shinigamis. Of course we'll let the rookie come along once he's done rescuin' the princess and your humans can visit from time to time. Just make sure to not invite anyone else, capiche?" Shinji leaned forward right into Jun's personal space.

Jun nodded easily. "Gotcha. I didn't tell anyone about you when I was in the Seireitei." They added to reassure Shinji and the others. Jun recognized that their sudden appearance made the Visors paranoid that Jun would be tracked down, incidentally also exposing their existence to the Gotei. Shinji's wide smile softened just a smidge.

"Great," he pushed Hiyori away from him and raised his glass, "Cheers to our newcomer!"

A splattering of cheers ranging from enthusiastic to monotone to random grunt sounds spread around the room as the remaining Visors raised their own glasses of champagne. Shinji had raided the general store for the party and came back with only the finest supplies a generic everything store could carry for a celebration. The Visors were working on buttering Jun up before getting into the thick of what they wanted to ask Jun for help in. It was naturally assumed that Jun would help regardless once asked, but the Visors could be a lot more aggressive and downright mean when it came to their Hollows. They wouldn't be as nice as Ichi-boy probably was when he had his little heart to heart with Jun. The Visors needed to keep in Jun's good graces for as long as possible so when the inevitable blow up happens from one of them, Jun will still want to help the Visors. And within the first 10 minutes of the party, the blow up already happened.
