They were hanging out walking around Liyue Harbor at night but realizing it was getting late.
As they walk around the streets of Liyue Harbor, Xiao noticed and observed a disturbing aura around them. He suspects it is a work of a demon.
"Phoof, why is it so cold in Liyue Harbor.." Ganyu said
White things fell from the sky one by one, people were confused of what's happening.
"Xiao! Xiao! Xiao! It's snowing! In Liyue! For the first time! It's snow!" She said surprised.
the people in the harbor murmered, asking themselves and each other. It never snows in Liyue.
"Let's go home, you might catch a cold again." Xiao said, "But I've never seen snow before..."
"I SAID COME ON! WHY WON'T YOU LISTEN?!" He snapped,
Well that wiped off the smile in Ganyu's face, and got the attention of the crowd.
"I'm...Sorry.."
He realized what he had said and broke his promise about not hurting Ganyu anymore.
He scoffed and held her wrist, he barged in through the crowd and went to a place where no one can see them.
"I'm, sorry. I have to go now. Since you only treasure Traveller's promises, I don't think we can be 'friends' anymore. Were we even friends anyway?"
Xiao let go of her wrist but immediately held her hand gently.
"We were. I just don't know the definition of 'friends' anymore. I'll treasure my promises"
He sighed deeply, "You know what, Ganyu? Just...Call my name. And I'll be there."
"But Xiao, isn't that the promise you made to traveller..?"
"I'm promising it to you now. Tch, don't take it the wrong way. I may hurt you again, I can't promise that I wont hurt you Ganyu. But if you truly don't want to be with me then go, it's okay."
Ganyu hugged Xiao, "No it's okay, I understand you. I still want to be with yo- don't take it the wrong way! I still want to be with you."
Xiao blushed a bit, 'why is my face warm? Am I blushing? Pathetic, why blush over a girl?'
"Anyways, it's time to go. You have to go home, it's your trial test tommorow. And just call my name if you need me. And sleep properly." He said, he walked Ganyu home and waved goodbye to each other.
And as he was walking home back Wangshu Inn, he kept thinking about reasons why he blushed a while ago.
'It was probably because of the cold, not her...Right..? It was the cold..It was the cold that I blushed not because of her words..'
He went back to Wangshu Inn and slept. :D
