Some things will be changed because *imagination* (featuring Tadahoney :3). Tadahoney is real, Disney confirmed it, just thought I'd tell you guys for those of you who don't know.
Anyway, I'm also trying a differentish writing style.
Oh! And in case you didn't hear the big news yet, DISNEY CONFIRMED THAT TADASHI SURVIVED THE FIRE AND IS ALIVE! This means that 'Big Hero 7' is almost 100% probably gonna happen! Wooo!
Okay anyway, this one shot will be short but oh well. Let's see how this goes...

(Y/N) sits alone with silent tears falling from her eyes, waiting for news of the rescue. She is alarmed when she hears the door open, President Landon walks to where she sits, placing a gentle hand on her shoulder.

"They're back, (Y/N)," she said softly.

This catches (Y/N)'s attention and she gets up carefully. The president leads her outside to see Tadashi, Wasabi, and Fred talking, who were also waiting for news.

"Tadashi? Tadashi!" A joyful, but pained, voice sounds. It's Honey Lemon, her blonde hair now ragged and knotty.

"Honey?" Tadashi queries. Honey runs a jumps into Tadashi's arms, he slightly lifts her off the ground and plants a sweet kiss on her lips.

(Y/N) looks in the other direction to see the washed up figure of Go Go. Her hair is now thinned and she looks quite weak. She sees her other friend, Daniel, who was part of the rescue team and runs up to him.

"Daniel," she hugs him tight, "is- is he-"

"We got him," Daniel says, "he's in there." He points to the door to his left. "Please be careful, you never know what the Capitol did to him."

"Thank you," (Y/N) hugs him one more time and then heads towards the room, opening the door cautiously. There sits the still masculine, but skinnier Hiro, facing away from the door. His messy, soft hair is now knotty and matted.

(Y/N) slowly walks around the table and as she does, more of his bruised and battered face and body is revealed to her. He silently looks up at her and stares for a few seconds. Out of nowhere he swiftly grabs a syringe from the side table and launches himself at (Y/N), pinning her against the wall with his left hand around her neck- but not tight enough to choke her. He holds the syringe in his right hand, trying to stick it in her face with fire in his eyes; (Y/N) uses one of her free hands to hold the syringe back from her face. She keeps her eyes closed and feels herself sliding down the wall to sit on the floor, also hearing the clang of the syringe hitting the floor.

(Y/N) opens her eyes and looks up to see Hiro standing above her a foot away, looking down at his battered hands and then over at her. He carefully kneels down next to her and delicately cups her face in his beaten up hands.

"(Y/N)?" he whispers.

(Y/N) places her hands over his and leans into them, nodding. "It's me Hiro, it's okay. You're safe now, you're with us. The Capitol can't do anything else to you," she replies, also whispering.

"I'm sorry." A tear escapes from Hiro's eye as his thumbs stroke her cheeks. He closes the gap between the faces, connecting his lips to (Y/N)'s. His bruises hurt but he doesn't care. He pulls away a moment later. "I love you, (Y/N)," he tells her, still in a whisper.

"I love you, too."
