From now on, I'm gonna let you guys decide yours and Hiro's age in these one shots. I'll only tell you an age in certain ones.
On another note:
I dedicate this one shot to all of those who we've lost to suicide. If you have those thoughts, please seek help. It may seem like people don't care, but trust me, deep down inside they love you and care about you. Loss is a huge thing, and it affects your family and friends greatly. <3

Hiro continuously tried calling and texting (Y/N), but received no answer each time. Concern and worry began to build up inside him. He grabbed his jacket and ran out the door and rushed to (Y/N)'s apartment while trying again to call her. "(Y/N)? (Y/N)!" Hiro yelled her name when he got inside. When he received no answer, he began to frantically search the apartment.

In the kitchen, he found bottles of different medicines everywhere and a bunch of dishes piled up in the sink. He examined all the rooms closely, and then finally came to her bedroom. There she was, lying on the floor next to her bed. Her (E/C) eyes were open and her (H/L) (H/C) hair framed her face, but she wasn't breathing. "Oh my god," Hiro gasped. He knelt down next to her frail body and checked for a pulse. Nothing. She was gone, but Hiro didn't want to believe it.

He called 911 so they could take her body away. Tears threatened his eyes as he cupped her pale face with his hands. "Why did you do it (Y/N)?" Hiro whispered, knowing he would receive silence in return. He placed a kiss upon the girl's forehead. He heard the sirens outside and the paramedics rushed inside, getting (Y/N) on the gourney.

Hiro went to get in the ambulance with a too-far-gone (Y/N) but was interrupted by a paramedic. "Family only," she said.

"I'm her best friend, and frankly, my aunt and I are the only family she has," Hiro replied. The lady nodded and let him get in, and soon they were on their way. He dialed Cass and told her, and she burst into tears.

[Time skip - Two Weeks Later, Funeral]

It was depressing. Everyone was dressed in black and they wore pained smiles. Everyone gathered around the coffin as the priest spoke. "We have a friend of (Y/N)'s who would like to say a few words."

Hiro walked up and stood where the priest was just formally standing. He unfolded a piece of paper and spoke. "I don't think I'll get a sentence out without tearing up, but here it goes anyway.

"(Y/N) never told me about any of it, though I wanted her to. I wanted to help her, I would ask her if she was okay and what was going on, but she wouldn't tell me. She had been acting different in her last week. Her smile wasn't as bright, and she started to ignore my calls. She basically shut everyone out. There was something I wanted to tell her that day before I found her, but since I never got to say it then, I'm going to say it now. No matter how ridiculous it will sound.

"(Y/N) was special, she really was. She was smart, funny, kind. I would say that she was happy, but it obviously appears that she wasn't," he ran a hand through his hair, "Even if her smile was fake, it was beautiful, it could still light up a room. And as crazy as this sounds, I love her. Ever since I met her, I have. She helped me put myself back together after my brother died. She turned my life around, and now I can't repay her for that. But nonetheless, I'll remember her, because she's too special to forget."

And with that, his speech was finished. He walked back to where Aunt Cass was standing and everybody placed a (Fav. Flower) on the coffin that housed (Y/N)'s lifeless body. Everyone walked to their cars and left with heavy hearts.

When Hiro and Cass arrived back at the café, Hiro trudged up to his room and changed out of his suit into some sweatpants and a Fall Out Boy tshirt. He collapsed onto his bed and let the tears run out of his eyes. He still couldn't wrap his mind around the fact that the girl he loves is gone. (Y/N) is gone.
