My mind was racing, I expected that I was going to be stuck here, that doesn't mean I accepted it though. "What do you mean?"

"Well we don't have any wizards here and unless you know magic..?"

The way he said it was more of a question rather than a statement. "No, I don't know magic, Peter. If I did I wouldn't still be here."

"Right, just making sure." I could tell the boy felt sympathy, I could see it in his brown eyes with a tint of red in them...

"You're staring." I snapped out of my gaze; he had the biggest boyish grin I've ever seen.

"No, I'm not." I didn't sound very convincing.

"Yes, you were." He still had the biggest smile on his face; the kinda smile that makes you smile as well. So that's exactly what I did I reflected his because it was that contagious. I immediately snapped out of my facade, I was not one for love particularly because of a dickhead.

"Don't you have other things to do?" I immediately changed the subject, just thinking about himbmade me want to drown myself in shit.

"Yes, I have to go bust some criminals Spark."

"It's Stark." I couldn't tell if he was doing it to get under my skin or he genuinely forgot.

"Spark suits you more since you're like a firecracker." He had a mischievous smirk plastered on his pretty face, definitely doing it to get under my skin. Wait, pretty? I mentally slapped myself.

"Please never call me that again." It's a terrible nickname. I mean who wanted to be called Spark? He just chuckled at this comment, then picked up his Spider-Man suit and went to go change in the washroom. He came out fully dressed in his blue and red spandex suit.

"Well, I've got to go. You can read some books while I'm gone. Just please stay in this room I'll give you a tour of the city soon."

I just nodded my head. "What kinda books do you have?

"Harry Potter, it's in my desk." He motioned his hand towards where he was talking about.

"What about Percy Jackson?" Percy Jackson was my all-time favourite, in my opinion far better than Harry Potter.

"You're a Percy Jackson fan?" He playfully raised his eyebrows while saying this.

"Yes, Percy Jackson is ten times better." He gave me wide eyes, staring at me like I was delusional.

"Yea..no." He responded while dragging out the a. I didn't get time to argue back and state why Percy Jackson was better, because he immediately opened the window and swung out using his web-shooter. I ran up to the opened space, I put my head out of the window to feel the fresh air, then I screamed, "Percy Jackson is still way better Spider-Man!" I tried to say it as angrily as possible but I couldn't help the small smile starting to form.

I was woken up to the sound of someone getting ready. Opening my eyes I saw Peter grab some clothes from his closet.

"Hi, Spark." I rolled my eyes, I hated that nickname.

"Don't call me that."

"Someone's not a morning person." He began to take his shirt off, I couldn't help but look at his abs. I tried to avert my gaze but I noticed a big scar on his back. "Where's the scar from?"

He was taken aback by this question. "Just some monster I fought." I just nodded my head and began to climb out of bed.

"I take it you didn't read the Harry Potter books?" He questionably looked at me.
