Lexy and I are just dancing with each other, with our headphones on. Soon she grabs my waist and pulls me closer to her. As our bodies collide while dancing, she kisses me. And I kiss her back grabbing her face, deepening the kiss.

Then I hear my alarm.

Fuck another dream with her.

I open my eyes and I hear my door open. Then I get hit with a pillow. "Wake up, bitch," Oliver says and I roll my eyes, sitting up. "I was already up, asshole, and get out of my room, I don't wanna talk to you right now," I said. "Fine whatever oh but I'm imma have a Halloween party tonight," He says then leaves. I sigh and get ready for school.

After I finish getting ready, I go into the kitchen and eat a granola bar, not feeling hungry enough to eat more.

Getting on the school bus then sitting by myself, and put on my headphones. A while later the bus stops and I get off. As I walk, I see Oliver talking to Jake but I couldn't hear what they were talking about.

I quickly walk to them and put my arm around Oliver. "Hey, guys what ya talking about?" I ask with a fake smile. "Nothing," Jake says then just walks away. "Nothing, huh?" I say as I start to squeeze my arm that's around Oliver's neck.

"Are you trying to kill me?!?" He says getting out of my grip. I roll my eyes. "What the hell we're you talking about with Jake?!" I said knowing it must not be good. "I just apologized and invited him to the party!" He yelled.

"Really," I say giving him the 'do you think I'm that dumb' glare. "I swear, I just said that I'm not gonna do anything," He said and I nodded my head. "You better not be lying to me, Oliver," I said then walked away.

I see Jake at his locker talking to Devon. I walk up to them. "Hey," I say as they reply with a simple "hey". "So, Jake, why didn't you come to school for a couple of days?" I asked, generally curious about it.

"My dad died and I now live with Junior and his parents," Jake said closing his locker as my eyes widened.

"Oh, uh, I'm sorry you're going through that," I said not really knowing what to say to that. "Don't be, it's not you're fault," He said. "Still, it's just..." I pause trying to find words to say. "Fucked up," I said as the bell rang and we all went to class.

I walk into my room and throw my bag onto the floor and as well I throw myself on my bed, sighing as I do so.

I turn around and grab my phone doing whatever to waste some time before the party starts. Soon, I check the time and see it's 6:45. I sigh and get up to go get ready.

After I finish getting ready, I go downstairs to see already some people there. I just go to the living room and sit there on my phone waiting for the party to get more exciting. After a while, it starts to get more crowded.

I feel someone sit next to me. I look up and see a boy. "Hi," He says. "Hi," I awkwardly respond but go back on my phone. "Your really pretty," He says putting his hand in front of my phone, pushing it down. "Thanks?" I say with a bit of confusion on my face with the boys straightforwardness.

He has brown hair, and green eyes, and I think he's dressed up as a football player. Oliver said something about him and his friends dressing up as football players. "So, you wanna dance?" He asked.

Fuck it.

I'll be nice to a guy for once but I sure hope he doesn't think this means anything. Plus u have my eyes set on something bigger and better and...girlier.

"Sure," I say with a slight smile. Then he grabbed my hand and we walked to the dance floor and started dancing.

It's been a couple of minutes and he was getting a little bit too touchy, making me uncomfortable. He tried to kiss me and I immediately pushed him off. "Woah there, I don't like you like that, okay? so don't try to kiss me," I said backing abut away from him.

"Well the signs you were giving said otherwise," He said walking toward me smirking. "Let me be specific, I do not like you or even boys because I'm a lesbian!" I yelled at him then stormed off and while walking I bumped into someone.

"Sor- Jake?" I questioned and my eyes looked to his side. "Devon?" I said. "Sorry," He said quickly before walking away, asking people if they had seen Lexy. And I followed him, confused.

"Oh, Oliver have you seen, Lexy," Jake asked. "Oh, yeah she's in there," Oliver says pointing at a door. Then somebody opens the door and Jake, Devon, walk in but before I could walk in Oliver pulls me by my arm, not letting me walk in.

"Don't go in," He says. "Why-" I ask then I hear the door close and Jake says "wait". I turn around to hear them banging on the door. "Guys, I'm coming-" I say walking to the door but one of Oliver's friends grabs me and locks me in a room also.

"Oliver, you asshole, let me and them out!" I yelled, banging on the door. "Damnit!" I yelled again, giving up then sliding down on the door. A couple of minutes later, I hear footsteps close to the door, so I get up and start banging on the door again.

"Hello, let me out please!" I yell as I hear the door unlock and it opens then I see Lexy standing there.

"What are you doing in here?" She asks. "I got locked in here by my idiot brother and his friends, anyways I gotta go," I said running past her going back to the same place they locked Jake and Devon in.

I get there and I see Oliver and his friends laughing. I walk up to him and kick him in his private area and I hear a lot of "ouch's" and "O's" coming from people . "Where the hell did they go, asshat?!" I ask standing there waiting for a response.

He groans on the floor holding his stuff. "I don't know, somewhere over there," He says as he, points and I run the way he was pointing at. I see a crowd and make a confused face, wondering why's there a crowd.

I start to push past the crowd and into the front. I see Jake and Devon standing there. I finally look and see Lexy standing there looking like she's having a seizure with an auto repair shop uniform.

I knew exactly who she was dressed up as.

She was Jake's dad when he died.

I looked at Jake and it looked like he wanted to cry. "What is she?" Devon asked. "She's my dad when he died," He said as Devon looked at him. Then angrily walked away and out of the house with me and Devon following him out.
